    Question what gives?

    o so been on cycle for neally 5 weeks now
    weeks 1-4 40mg dbol daily
    weeks 1-12 test ethanthate 500mg weekly, split

    im continueing to see strength increases every week

    BUT my initial weight gains have slowed

    first 3 weeks i gained 15 pounds, OBVIOUSLY i am aware alot of this was water weight

    in my fifth week i havent gained weight but rather LOST weight?

    BUT continue to rise in strength

    this is my progess, u can look at my log in results section if ur interested

    strengths:
    dips added 18kg, 12 reps
    decline bench press: 70kg 12 reps
    machine squat 90kg
    squat: 100kg 12 reps
    45 degree leg press: 400kg 10 reps
    barbell shoulder press infront: 50kg 12 reps
    lat row : 90kg 10 reps
    barbell shrug 85kg, 12 reps
    deadlift: 130kg 12 reps
    dumbell rows each arm: 44kg 12 reps
    calves raises using 45 degree leg press, 200kg 12 reps
    leg curls: 76kg 12 reps

    neally 5 WEEKS IN
    weight 94.4kg, bf% unknown
    strengths
    dips added 36kg, 10 reps
    decline bench press: 115kg 10 reps
    machine squat 160kg deep
    sqaut: 152kg 10 reps, stopped squat since legs are before my deadlift day
    45 degree leg press: 480kg 12 reps,
    barbell shoulder press infront: 75kg 12 reps
    lat rows: 117kg 12 reps
    barbell shrugs: 120kg, 15 reps
    deadlift: 190kg, 12 reps
    dumbell rows each arm: 50kg, 12 reps
    calve raise using 45 degree leg press: 320kg, 12 reps
    leg curls 96kg 20 reps, gym doesnt go heavier

    obviously other lifts have gone up but im not goig to list them all

    MY WORRY IS, that alot of my strength increases are only due to the high levels of testerome in me

    obviously ive gained muscle, BUT do people think alot of my strength gains could be SOLELY from testerome?

    ive been worrying only in the last weeek or 2, because bodyweight has gone down, but strength just keeps going up and doesnt seem to make sense

    you should list your diet program too so we can compare with your other stats.

    diet consists of between 500-600 carbs, 300 grams protein, fat between 50-80 grams daily

    im just abit of a worry wart since this is my first cycle

    You have gained 15lbs so far, which is great. The slight weight loss is because of the dbol being stopped in week 4 and the water weight leaving your system, a few people react in that manner with dbol. Are you re-adjusting your diet as you gain the mass? whats your diet look like?

    yes every week ive been increaseing calories by 200 since reccomended

    ive been thinking that about the dbol because the dbol really did blow me up like a puffer fish i thought

    diet looks like this
    BREAKFAST: 4 cups wheat cereal, litre skim milk, tin of tuna, glass of juice with creatine
    preworkout 1 scool no xplode
    post workout: gatorade(sports drink) and whey protein shake
    lunch: 3-4 cups rice with 2 chicken breasts
    snack 1: wholegrain sandwich with either turkey, chicken breast, fat free cheese or tuna
    snack 2: same
    dinner is wateva gf cooks, usualy either a carb source like cous cous, rice, bread, pasta, beans etc with a protein source like beed strips, steak, chicken, roast etc
    before bed is skim milk with scoop protein

    dinner has to stay this way since dont wanna argue with gf, tried telling once that i ddint want her food, didnt get sex for a week, so wanna avoid this
    BUT she cooks decently healthy, nothing to fatty

    ive doen math and it adds up to 500-600 carbs, 300 protein, 50-80 fat
    i leave a little variation because of what dinner could be

    So you are up to 3800calories right now and still not gaining?

    no no, my questions is do u think ALOT of my strength gains are related to the 500mg weekly of testerome
    since ive never used steroids i dont know exactly how much they can effect ur strength

    just abit of a worry wart

    I say yes. Strength gains are definetely attributed to shooting test.

    it doesnt sound like you have any reason TO worry about buddy. strength gains are a GOOD thing. weight flux was prob due to water gain as marcus suggested. 15lbs is great for 5 wks in. keep the calories high (and clean) youll be good to go.

    ...btw, how the fk can you eat tuna for breakfast?
    thatd be the last thing i wanna smell first thing in the a.m. (insert joke here)

    lol thanks guys
    glad to know im gettin somewhere, yea im thinkin its water weight fluctuating coz strength is still going up

    lol its tuna with tomato, its got like 1 extra carb per tin hahahaha, so its worth it for flavour
