First cycle. enatesten newbie
Hey. I'm into my third week. i have 3 questions. #1 I don't get the chance to work out much. will this have a negative effect? #2 I just took a shot in the bum. i never pulled the needle back to check for a vein but when i pulled out alittle bit ran down my cheek. is this alright? and final #3 what should i stack it with for my next cycle to add mass? does anyone have a good workout in mind that would speed things up?thx. sorry for the questions.

Why would you use AS if you can not work out much? Doesnt that kind of defeat the purpose

I work out for about an 4 outta 7 days aweek for about an hour sometimes 2.

My goals are to get to 220-230 lbs and then do endurence training. i havn't been able to break 200 pounds since i lost 40 punds in the hospitial..

why shellshocked? my weight goal is within 2-3 cycles. but as i said i am new at this.not rally sure what to expect or how to approach it.
