    first cycle, anyone suggest changes is dosages

    18y/o (I know 95% of you are going to say your too young)
    5'10.5" 180lbs
    first cycle: 1cc test prop + 1cc equipoise every monday and 1cc of test prop again on thursdays.
    any comments?
    I'm only looking to make lean gains

    What's ur diet look like, how long u been training....... do u know you can get were wana be by probly just eating more of the right foods. U don't need aas right now

    18 is way too young to be shutting down your HPTA and risking premature fusion of your growth plates

    your cycle is completely WRONG

    test prop is taken ED or EOD, not twice a week and EQ should not be used at all , especially the way you are using it!!

    Been lifting for 6 years. intense for the past 2 years. 400bs BP and 555lbs DL in competition. I take in around 6200 calories a day, around 350g protein, 350 carbs and im not real sure about the grams of fat. I should be taking the test at least E.D? At what dosage?

    I agree ^^^^ way to young, concentrate on diet and use your natural hormones for a few more years.

    do you understand what you are about to do to your body? and to your undeveloped HPTA system??

    not to mention your growth plates??

    TRUST US, if it was safe and had no risks to your future health, we would be ALL FOR you doing steroids. we don't get paid for this

    we do it cause we have the experience and have seen TOO MANY young guys screw up their future because they wanted to use steroids at your age

    your internal body system is NOT ready for them....not til you are 24-25

    I would love to see you doing these lifts, can you post yourself doing them.

    Im also interested to see your diet, because im about 225lbs and i eat about 3500cals a day, like you im also 5'10. So please post your diet...

    Ive not seen many 6200cal diets...

    Way too young. All starts with a great diet. Please dont do this to yourself. Do 3 more years of research. I know this probably wont help but listen to what these guys tell ya

    you would weigh more than 180

    Ide say a good scoop of celltech proein 2x a day... And maybe some celltech creatine as well.... Run that for.. mmhmm 6 years.... You will see awesome results.

    let me see... you are eating 6000 calories huh? Ok your 350 g protein is 1400 calories your 350 g of carbs is another 1400 calories so that is 2800calories.. So that is 3400 calories worth of fat a day?? That has to be nice!! almost 400g of fat a day!! You would weight 9,000 pounds! Stop what you are doing right now! you obviously have no idea how many calories you are eating a day or what your split of nutrients is!

    I was just wondering the same thing...

    How does someone eat 6200 calories a day, most of which is fats and still weigh 180 pounds?

    I eat about 3400-3800 a day and I'm 214 at 6' 4" as of right now...

    Let me just say, this guy is full of shit.

    He joined the board 2 years ago at the age of 18, he posted earlier this year and stated his age was 17, now he's 18 again.

    His height weight are up and down year round. He claims to be 9%bf and after being told his diet sucked his cal intake has shot up from 3500 cals to 6200cals...

    Imo he is a troll...
