I need help with placing an order (math mostly)

Up to this point in my life, I have always either used otc drugs or been given them.

My last cycle I had a great friend of mine place the order for me, after I gave him the outline. Sadly he passed away and now I am a little green at this.

I plan on using a total of:
4200 total mg's of test prop
4200 total mg's of proviron (same # by coincidence)
2800 total mg's of clomid
840 total mg's of nolva

How should I word this out to the source?

50mL of test-prop (dosaged @ 100mg / mL)

175 pills of proviron (dosage @ 25mg / pill)

50 - 60 pills of clomid (dosage 50mg / pill)

40 pills of nolvadex (dosage 20mg / pill)

^^ rough estimates... not exact.. but should do the trick. might have a little extra left over. s'all good though
