What type of gains can be expected for a 1st timer?

Just wondering what I can expect if I do decide to run test (c or e) for the first time.

If course, proper PCT will follow - and no - I'm not doing this now. I'm not ready.

Aside from that - what are realistic goals? 10lbs? 15? more?

I know my workout and diet have a huge part to do with it - so lets assume the workout and diet are spot on.

    Thanks in advance!

I figured that. One question, when you say 15-20lbs, are you talking solid muscle or overall weight?

If you retain a lot of water, you could gain upwards of 30+#! Not all lean muscle of course
