cycle pct?
week 1-8 500mg Test E. shot 3.5days
week 1-4 25mg D-bol.
what sort of pct would you recomend?
anyone done this cycle?

would the test need to be ran for 12? i thought so, but wanted to see if i could shorten the cycle lol, i was just testing haha. what sort of pct would u be looking at with tht cycle (1-12wk test e)

Honestly you're too young and your bf% is too high. You should look at dropping your bf% below 14% minimum. I know its not what you want to here but if you read around you will realize you should wait a few more years. With this cycle you will retain more water and bloat up. Look in the diet section and post your diet and have people help you out

yup the majority say its too young, 1 of the stickys say its not, but anyhow. i also looked at anavar for helping burning fat, but would like to build mass at the same time, thats what brought test e to mind with d-bol, as the test help burn away fat and d-bol for the bulk

trained 4yr? good diet, good build allready.
and for the record i didnt ask for any advice on anythin apart frm a PCT or did u just miss that part out and decide you rather try and be funny?

17-18% bodyfat is not a good build to start. you apparently do not have your diet right.
