    Unhappy i really need help!

    i am 18 years old, 6'5 and 180 pounds, im built skinny. i really want to bulk up, but its hard to do with out any supplements, i dont know to much about steroids but what would be a good think to use to gain weight and build my body kinda fast? i have a really high metabolism. Help from anyone would be very much appreciated! thanks.

    im gona help u out. 1st off ur too young for juice but if u eat like an animal u will grow. people may not agree with what im about to say but im talking from experience. u can eat a little dirty because ur so skinny. u have to eat like a pig. and what kind of protein shakes r u taking? because nlarge2 is the best ever for gaining weight i.m.o. i mean its the shit. it even has some fat in it. drink it with milk. how long have u been training?

    maybe there is better shit out now but i really swear by nlarge2 it did wonders for me when i was skinny. a little creatine wouldnt hurt if uve been training for a while. if u choose that go with powder form. trac creatind worked real good for me when i was skinny

    DIET is how you grow. you need the correct diet, not just eat anything and everything

    there are good foods, and bad foods

    you shoudl be eating FULL MEALS 6-8 times a day, once every 2-3 hours religiously
    that along with your current HIGH LEVELS of hormones, will make you grow

    you do NOT want to shut down your natural hormones yet.

    ive never really been on a workout plan, ive just workout every once and a while for the past year. i didnt wanna workout till i stoped growing.

    Go to the diet section and then the training section and do some research, dont go down the route of AAS you to young and can cause serious damage to yourself, take the advice this site as a huge research tool.
