    Clen

    Hey all,

    I'm new here and I really need some advice on clen. never used anabolics or eph or anything but I've been thinking about hitting clen. I've been reading a lot of info on it and to be honest it's got me confused.
    On the roid profile page it says that 2wks on/2wks off is useless but i know a few people that have used it like this and it has worked for them?
    Also how do you store the gel, does it have to be refrigerated or not?

    on the profile page it also said that it wont hinder your gains in LBM but i was told that it's normal to lose a fair bit of muscle while on clen.

    by the way I'm 18, 200 lbs and bout 20%bf

    2on/2off is really just bullshit if you ask me. Id say run it 4 wks and then take a couple months off at least.

    ive never heard of a gel form. only liquid and pill. maybe someone else can help you there. but for the pill and liquid dont refrigerate.

    If Anthony Roberts said that, he is wrong again. All the anti-catabolic and semi-anabolic stuff about it is way overrated IMO, but you definitely shouldnt be loosing muscle. Now if your diet sucks, you will. maybe thats where the confusion started. Or maybe you are confusing with t3?

    so with the 2on/2off take benadryl on the 3rd wk?

    nah I'm 100% it was clen, but i thought that going catabolic was bullshit too, but i just wanted to clarify. With diet should I cut carbs as if dieting normally without clen or can i bump them up to sustain weight ?

    the only thing you need to know if clen is working is you first need to know your normal body temp, then once you start taking clen monitor your body temp daily, once it is incresed by 1 degree (and thats all it takes) it is working,when it drops back to normal increase your dose until it raises again,if you get to a dose that is too high where the sides are unbearable, you need to get off for a few weeks and let your body regroup.

    get info about Ketotifen fumarate. good combo with clen.
