Hey guys i was looking for some help on getting the best results. I go to the gym twice a day. Once in the am for some cardio and ab work out. Then again were i do weights (chest, bi, tri ext.).

Also looking for what kind of Pct i should run 3 to 4 weeks after my cycle.
Should i run something during.
