    Cool New to the Game Looking for some advice

    Height: 6" 3'
    Weight: 195
    Age: 21
    BF%: unsure im guessing around 8 to 10 %
    Diet: protein, low carbs,
    PCT: Unsure - was going to run after cycle
    Goals: mass gain, fat loss
    Training Exp: year off and on working out


    Hey guys i was looking for some help on getting the best results. I go to the gym twice a day. Once in the am for some cardio and ab work out. Then again were i do weights (chest, bi, tri ext.).

    Also looking for what kind of Pct i should run 3 to 4 weeks after my cycle.
    Should i run something during.

    What can i do to increase 6-8 pack

    IMO you are still too young. Your natural test levels are at a peak right now. So much improvement can be made naturally still.

    Diet seems to need some work though, at 6'3 and 195lbs, you could prob put on another 30lbs with a proper diet.

    Go to diet form and post up what you eat . At your height, you should be 200+ easy!

    Get you routine down pat for a solid year or 2 even and then think about a cycle. That will give you time to learn about PCT from this board.

    Well for starters you can tell us what you're cycling, even although you shouldn't be, cos it's very clear you don't nearly know enough to be taking the stuff in the first place.

    Like I said, you don't know enough --> how many weeks? Anything else with it? Give us all the details, not just a one liner.

    Okay sorry. I am just at work and was just putting a quick note on. I am taking sust250 500/mg/wk 2X/wk for 5 weeks. I am not taking a blocker becuz i felt one was not needed after doing some research. Was going to start taking clomid 3 weeks after cycle

    Ok then..............................


    1) 5 weeks of sus250 is a complete waste of gear. The short esters will have some effect, but the long esters will be a total waste.

    2)You PCT is Bull Crap. You should go to the PCT forum NOW!

    3)You may wanta check out the HRT/TRT fourm as well. I pretty sure your gonna need that info down the road if you keep this up.

    All I can say is don't cycle again until you know what you're doing, you've just wasted your time and your money.

    Read through the forums and educate yourself and when you know what's going on then work on your diet and when you eventually reach your natural weight, then come chat to us again.

    I started with 500mg/wk 2x/wk for ten weeks. I had to take a 2 week brake in the middle and i just start my second half. I had to leave the country and could not travel with my gear.

    I was told i did not have to PCT until after the cycle was over with novia and clomid

    Wow, I bet your blood levels are all over the place. What a rollercoaster youve put your system thru!.

    My advice is to STOP your cycle. Do a proper PCT. Get blood work done in a couple months after PCT.

    Read, Read, and the READ some more.



    Then think about a next cycle............................................. .............

    Reading your opening posts lol it seems that you havnt got a clue what your doing.

    Your training routine isnt good at all, why low carbs in your diet??
    Your taking a steroid that you know nothing about...

    I would go down to the diet section and post your diet in full, diet is the most important aspect.

    Then to the training forum and post your training routine, your not going to advance if your not training in the correct way.

    Imo you should finish your cycle asap and spend sometime researching these compounds and how to use them correctly...

    Stop now and do pct.
