    Rookie Questions and suggestions

    First, I'm looking for any info anyone on here can give me as I'm trying to do my homework on cypionate . I'm 35 years old, 5'11" and 170 lbs. I lift about 4days a week now and have lifted actively for about 6 years (had to take a break due to a hernia surgery from lifting a couple years ago). Here's my question/dillema: I have a decent body, but I've always been jealous of the guys in the gym who are larger than me, yet I always seem to lift more weight across the board (they are just larger and look better than me). Because I am 35, I am only interested at this point in my life at looking better to myself. I have given cypionate (enough for 1 injection of 1000mg for 10weeks), but do not have anything else to stack with it or do not have the knowledge how to stack? Furthermore, I'm not even sure if taking test will make me look any better (ie: what can I even expect from this)? I have always considering doing some form of steroid or test, and with now being given this, now would probably be the only time in my life where I would actually do it. Can you please advise me what to expect from this and how to correctly use this (and if I should even use this)?

    5' 11" and only 170? Need to get your diet in check. Your not eating enough now apparently.

    Need to have diet and routine down pat before you consider a cycle.

    Good first cycle for you would be:

    week 1-12 500mg Test E or C Injected Monday morning 250mg/Thursday evening 250mg.

    Make sure you have a good PCT in place and in hand before you start cycle.

    1000mg/week is over kill for a first cycle and as stated above needs to be shot twice per week not once. Post up your diet for help as that is likely what needs the most work.

    Thanks Papa Smurf and redz for the advice. Again as stated, I'm new to the test world, so your replies bring up a few other questions...what is an ideal weight for a 5'11" frame? Is Test C the same as cypionate ? And sorry for this (as I'm sure it is a very rookie question), but what is PCT?

    Test E = Testosterone Enanthate
    Test C = Testosterone Cyponate

    PCT = Post Cycle Therapy

    PCT is the most important part of any cycle so you have alot of research and reading to do before jumping in. Also if you post up your diet people on here will be glad to help tweak it.

    Test E is ethanate, a longer life span in the body.Just a longer ester.It's about basically how many passes through the liver in can do.I love test E!

    Thanks redz! For PCT, I had read to do 40mg of Nolvadex for 14 days and then 20mg for 14 days. As for my diet, it is basic...I've always ate about every 2 1/2-3 hours about 30 grams of protein (chicken/fish), rice, and a green leafy vegetable if possible. If not, I substitute in 30g of whey protein or a protein bar (Premier Odyssey???). Is that a good PCT? Good diet? Should I do a cycle and what should I realistically expect?

    you need clomid.pct is week.

    Lay out your full diet with macros and total calories I have a feeling you arent eating enough. Protein is not the only thing needed to gain size.

    The truth is I don't even know how many calories I'm taking in as I've never kept count. Also, being 35 years old, I don't know that I want to "blow up" in size, but I would like to have more muscle size and definition.

    Should I use the test c as indicated above with clomid? Also, what diet would you recommend? Any idea on what kind of results is typical for someone like myself?

    Based on what all of you that read this think, should I take the test c with the clomid as directed on here? What kind of diet would you suggest and any idea on what I can expect out of this? Thanks for any help you can provide as I don't know where/who to ask.

    Little weight, Big results! Pay close attention to your form. I see smaller guys throwing weight around the gym all the time, and i watch and laugh. Before you jump on me about your form being great, im also 35, and have been training for 10 years now, and im still learning.

    Steroids are not magic. You aren't gunna "blow up" from one cycle. If this were the case everyone would be huge!!!

    Have you checked with your doctor and had your blood work / test levels checked? At the 35 you are a prime candidate to receive TRT. That would actually be a better solution for you! lower weekly dosage but you are on it longer and monitored! This would end up givinh=g you more of the results you are looking fior
