    How much does estrogen help your gains?

    I am worried my gyno is coming back so i am jumping on some letro. I know that having some estrogen is important for heart and immune health. I have also heard that killing all estrogen can limit gains?

    anyone want to weight in on this?

    Its a balance, you dont want to totally kill it but if your prone and your feeling the estrogen sides coming on i'd take soom A-dex 0.25 EOD, that seems like a nice balance for many.

    As marcus said... to much for us is no good. but you don't want to kill it... Letro is strong.... Will drop estrogen levels way low. Be careful
