    First Cycle- should I add D-Bol?

    I've got my cycle and PCT all figured out. Test E at 500mg/week followed by Nolva and Clomid for PCT...

    Anyways, I was thinking of kick starting the cycle with D-Bol for 4 weeks. I was thinking of 20mg and I know many people on here have said to go with 30 to start. I think if I do the D-bol I will def. stay with 20 but just curious of what your thoughts are on doing this?

    Am I better of just doing a Test cycle to see how my body reacts or should I go all out and start the benefits right away?

    I've read a lot of people gain body fat and water weight on D-Bol. I'm not really a fan of either. lol However, if I were able to get almost immediate strenght gains I could easily lose the fat and water weight I'm sure.

    Thoughts????

    Stick with the test.
    Add 20-30 mg of dbol the next cycle.

    Let the food, training and rest take care of your body, while the drugs helps out a bit.
    Take baby steps in your cycling and see how your body responds.

    If 500mg of test alone cycle ain't doing much for you.
    Try 500mg of test and 30mg of dbol next time.
    If that ain't doing much for ya, add 400mg of deca the third time...

    You get the drift right

    Hold off on the dbol . Just see what happens with the test. Almost anyone who is very knowledgeable will tell you the same. Next cycle run dbol at least 30mg but if you want to be safe then start at 20mg and keep bumping till the desired sides/gains ratio is reached.

    if you have use it,20mg/day you really wont notice much. atleast 30mg/day in one dose in the AM when you wake. some like to stretch the dose out through the day but this doesnt give you the full effect of a 3omg dose, dont worry about blood levels with dbol ,its in and out so fast it doesnt make a difference.

    does it not increase sides if you take it in one single AM dose?

    the thing with spreading it out,say over 3 doses, you start with a 10mg blood level,then that breaks down to 5mg,then take another does and now your at 15mg,then 7.5 then you take another dose and your at 17.5 then 8.75...etc so the highest amount for any given time is 17.5mg in your blood system.

    start with 30mg,your now higher then any dose splitting it,breaks down to 15mg,now your at where you were for the second dose when splitting it,then it breaks down to 7.5,this is where you were before your 3rd dose then 3.75 and time for another dose so now you are at 33.75 mg

    so ou basically wind down your levels in the evening when you will be sleeping ,you wont notice a thing

    this has been debated over the 23yrs Ive been involved in this and I have done it both ways many times and found I get the most bang for the buck with 1 early morning dose,jacks your blood levels right up...again,your dose and duration arent gonna produce any noticeable bad sides. you will get the protien sparring effects and shoudnt have to deal with any bloat if you keep your diet clean

    So if we're going with averages then it's about 50/50. HAHA

    I'm thinking the benfit of running D-Bol is getting almost immediate results which is fantastic but I'm not sure I'm crazy about some of the sides like increased fat and water retention.

    Start off with test only! If something goes wrong in your first cycle you wouldn't no which compound to blame if you run both!

    I'm leaning heavily towards a Test only cycle because I will know exactly what causes any sides if I have any. I like the idea of getting almost instant results and not having to wait several weeks but since it is my first cycle I think it will prove smarter to do the Test only.

    You will do great with test alone first cycle .

    The gradual strength increase is healthier on body , joints , tendons and ligaments .

    Less side from toxic orals .

    The placebo effect will benefit you first 2 or 3 weeks . Knowing your suppose to be stronger will help you get a couple extra reps in at current strength .

    I suggest no tests of strength . Keep reps 4-6 or 6-8 .
    When you go above goal rep add weight to bottom of scale .

    IMO add the dbol if you want... If your start feeling any bad sides... you can stop the dbol any time. While continuing to run test. And it's out of your system in next to no time...

    As for dosage... I wouldn't run over 40mgs ED. Splitting dose up evenly threw out the day.

    If ^^ "that ain't doing much for ya". Then nothing will and you should shoot yourself. People see good gains just from test alone or dbol alone... Dbol is good stuff... People running it alone see good results.... No I won't recommend it alone to anyone for obvious reasons.... But that comment just seems stupid. If all thats doing nothing for you then there is a problem with your gear.
