    prop/var for cutting cycle

    Whats happenin fellas...Has anyone used a prop/var cycle to cut with? Is there any better cycles that I could use to cut to save a lil $$$? I have definitely decided on the prop but looking for alternate agents to stack with it.
    My stats:
    39 yo, 6'2", 218 lbs, 14%bf, clean diet and train 4 days/week.

    And BTW, my last cycle was 3 years ago. 500 mg sust/week, 400mg EQ/week, and 50mg winny EOD. I retained a lil water w this cycle although was a great mass gainer. I am interested in lbm gains and cut down to 10-12% (currently 14-15%) Thanks in advance.

    From my experience I dont think you need alot of gear to cut, I would attack your BF with cardio and diet until you come to a sticking point naturally, then think of adding something when you change and make the diet more intense, Low dose prop is good if you want to go down the AAS front or a clen and t3 combo is another option, but first go down to the diet scetion and post your diet and get some hardwork under your belt and whne the time is right way up the option, i think to many people use far to many compounds to cut and they should be introduce slowly as the sticking points hit you.

    Thanks bro, but I feel that I am at a sticking point as its been over 3 years since my last cycle. I am stagnant on the ECA stack and am afraid to burn muscle using T3. Im eating 2200 kcals/ day 60% pro, 40% mono and poly unsat fats, 10% CHO. Im ready brother...I plan to get clen and prop and was wondering what would go best with this besides trenbolone. Thanks again.

    Winny or masteron perhaps,pretty expensive. 50mg of win the last 4-6 weeks is the cheapest and best. Works for me.

    Winny huh? Do you think that 50 mg EOD would suffice? Which brings me to the next question: could I mix a water base and an oil base together? this would be ideal since I would only have to stick myself once every other day or perhaps every 3 days since I train with a 2 day on on day off protocol.

    Was thinking win tablets,50mg ed. Think win inj should be inj ed. And some mix water and oil based,yes.

    Just my opinion.. but perhaps you could look into something like this:

    Test-Prop (weeks 1 - 10) @ 75mg ED
    Winstrol (weeks 4 - 10) @ 50mg ED
    Clen (weeks 1 - 2 + weeks 5 - 6 + weeks 9 - 10) @ whatever dosage works for you.

    Thanks man, how much of an influence will 50 mg of Winny/day fpr 6 weeks have on my lipid profile? My cholesterol is 190, triglycerides are 160, ...looks like the clen would be the missing link that I was looking for.

    You could invest in some t3 also.

    I am starving myself but Im trying to cut down and retain as much muscle as possible...maybe gain a little. What macronutrient(s) should I increase? As for tren, do you mean using prop/tren or prop/tren/winny together? I used finaplix in the 90's but it seemed to hold a little water and I dont want that....

    I cut for competitions at 2800-3200 calories a day.

    just curious, how much do you weigh? based on your pic, your bodyfat is definitely low although mine is like 15%. Thats why my calories are so restricted...Im dying to get to 10-12%! Thanks bro

    190 in the pic 225-240 off season. I think you need to up your calories by quite a bit and incorporate some cardio into your routine.

    I think that would be a great cycle if diet and training are up too par.

    I do cardio 3 days/week (on the days that I dont train) at a sustained 70% of my max heart rate for 45-60 minutes. Should i still up my calories? Maybe I should try HIIT.....

    If you want to cut, you really need to up the calories and really up the cardio. I am a fan of keeping calories high and using cardio to burn the fat away as opposed to trying to starve it off.

    Thanks for the advice bro, Im gonna try 4 days of cardio and 3 days training....and up my calories to 2500 and we will see what happens..

    any suggestions on how much var I should use with 75 mg of prop/day? for how many weeks?
