just found this site i started p90x about 4 weeks ago as i am trying to drop the weight first and get toned but i have only lost about 6 ponds i am 47 years old 5"7" and started out at 215lbs. now at 207-208 goal is 150 long way to go what will speed me along to my goal.??? also some years ago i bought some test and some deca when i was in mexico but never used it the expiery date is 2006 does this stuff go bad or lose potency?? any way any advise on what to use for the weight loss and to tone up prior to any bulking i am considering the ( summer stack) any advise?? thanks
