    noob and fat need advise!!!

    just found this site i started p90x about 4 weeks ago as i am trying to drop the weight first and get toned but i have only lost about 6 ponds i am 47 years old 5"7" and started out at 215lbs. now at 207-208 goal is 150 long way to go what will speed me along to my goal.??? also some years ago i bought some test and some deca when i was in mexico but never used it the expiery date is 2006 does this stuff go bad or lose potency?? any way any advise on what to use for the weight loss and to tone up prior to any bulking i am considering the ( summer stack) any advise?? thanks

    150 is pretty small... but whatever you want.

    do not use any steroids yet. at least not until you get down to a reasonable bf %. I wouldn't even think about gear until you are 165-170lbs. anyway if you are 47 you should go see an endocrinologist and get your hormone levels checked. Maybe your test is low anyway and you can choose to go onto testosterone replacement therapy. Don't just jump into that though. Deca is for mass.
    Go to the diet section as that will help you more than anything.

    5'7 150lbs is nothing... You want to be a toothpick??? I'm 5'6 190. If your bf% is that high. I would say shoot for maybe 160ish range..... 150 is like skin n bones.

    as for steroids . I wouldnt use any until bf is lower. Its all about your diet.
