    cycle then another cycle!!!!!

    iv had a nightmare with my latest 'cycle'. 20weeks (10 on deca and 20 test, with some superdrol thrown in for 4 weeks up to pct). then i did pct for 5weeks. i put on 20lbs during the cycle, by the time pct was over id lost 10lbs of this. then i strated cutting coz i was going on holiday and lost another 5lbs!! so im left with 5lbs of gains which to be honest has ****ed me off!!!! im now taking anavar while i cut to try and keep what i have!! is this bad news considering iv only had 2weeks 'offtime'??? considering my pct was only 2 weeks ago. coz iv lost so much size im even considering an 8week or 6week burst of sustanon at 750mg to try and pack some size on. then do another pct. am i going to **** myself up for life here???

    its just so frustrating when you work so hard to put on the muscle then you just deflate!!

    Anything is possible .

    Off time = previous cycle length and pct time .

    I would question cycle diet that transferred into cutting diet ?

    not necessarily deflate... remember not all 20 lbs is muscle. you will retain more water when on a cycle... so a good portion you loose is more so water the your muscle deflating.

    so what would you guys do?? the sensible thing would be to stop all gear and run a rigorous pct and stay off for a good 5months.

    but on the other hand i have a holiday coming up in sept and i wana be in good shape for that. i wana be cut but still have a decent size to me! my nuts are at normal size but would it be sensible to run another blast of test???

    5# in 20 weeks seems a little low! I bet you overran your cycle and took yourself out of your anabolic state! Then when you finished cycling, your body was already screwed up and you dropped all the weight due to the anabolics were gone from your system! try only going 12-14 weeks next time

    You need to stay off. Like said above it was probably alot of water and by the sound of it you didnt diet very good or all that weight wouldnt have dropped off.

    Now cutting after a cycle imo is a real bad idea, it takes some time to solidify gains and let you body recover to normal. Your going from one extreme to another.

    Stay off train natural for a few months, let you body return to normal and do a better cycle with a better diet. Dont try to make up for your mistakes with more chemicals, you will throw your body's chemistry way out of balance.

    Read up and learn what you did wrong... Then do it right next time.

    ill be the guy to recommend another chemical. try IGF-LR3 @ 100mcg ed(some say start at 60 and bump up accordingly) it might help you keep from being to catabolic. and get your blood work done. time on+pct= next cycle is just a rule of thumb. blood work is the only true measure to see if your body is ready for another cycle. just my thoughts though.
