    Shredding cycle?? For those who know I ask.

    I am thinking of starting this cycle. My ultimate goal is to lose a little bit of body fat and maintain and gain some muscle mass while getting harder and vascular.
    I am 5'9
    age 22
    weight: 208
    BF% 15
    waist 32
    other measurements unknown

    if you have any suggestions or improvements to the cycle or pct plz let me know i am fairly unexperienced and any knowledge on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

    week 1-10 EQ 400 mg a week ( 200 mg twice a week)
    Week 1-10 Test En 1 cc a week
    week 6-11 oral winstrol 50 mg a day

    PCT
    8-15 aramidex, nolvadex clmoid as needed.
    Of course eating clean intense weight training and 20 min cardio 4-5 days a week.
    still figuring out the right amounts and when to take the pct. I still have much research to do before i start the cycle and want to be fully educated so it may be 2-months+ before i start the cycle but this is the idea i have. any input would be greatly appreciated. If you know a better cycle for leaning out and getting hard dry and vascular plz enlighten me im always up for learning. Thanks much.

    Imo lol your still to young lol, besides this those goals are easily obtainable through cardio training and diet....

    Your first cycle should also be test only...

    i agree...you probably dont run and exercise enough...go out and run and run..and if you dont like running play ball...eat and lift hard..and let the test do its deal

    i'd say go with prop over enth... i found that i got cut way up on my cycle, with a clean diet and alot of cardio... do more cardio than 20 min a day if u wantin to lose weight... play ball or some hi intensity cardio sport... i find thats the best way cause you arent just plain running... unless ur all about running and such...

    yes sumthing cardio intense...basketball is great..but you have to play hard not just through the motions...it helps if ur already a hooper...
