    Started Clen Cycle

    Hi all,

    Ive started my Clen and am currently at day 2. I started with one tablet (20mcg) yesterday and took 2 tablets this morning.

    Today my hands are shaking, but only on 2 tablets?? Is 2 tablets enough, or should i increase by 1 tablet tomorrow?

    Keep at this dose until the shaking disappears, then start to ramp it up again, your tolerance will build up, I dont take it anymore but i have a low tolerance to clen but its still very effective.

    You are getting ahead of yourself.

    You should really be taking Clen in a progressive fashion.....

    Days 1 - 3 (20mcg)
    Days 4 - 6 (40mcg)
    Days 5 - 7 (60mcg)
    etc
    etc
    etc
    .....

    Thanks for the replies guys,

    i will stay at the dose of 2 tablets until the shakes go away,

    going4ripped - I read the link you posted, its really useful, at least i got the Taurine part right. From now ill stick to the 40mcg and then use the progressive fashion as described,

    Im doing 2 week on 2 week off.

    Thanks, Im planning to run it for 12 weeks...Ive taken some "before" pictures and will take some after the cycle and share them with you guys.

    I had big sides the first few days but within a week I was able to take between 160-200 in a day. I saw good results at first but they seemed to slow in week 4. I took benadryl day 15-22. I get some good shakes & some headaches.

    Thanks for the post, that gives me abit more confidence hopfully my shakes will go away soon - but il have to assess my tolerance to the stuff.

    Were you on 2 week on, 2 week off?

    Follow the advice of the sticky and you will be fine. Clen is good stuff if your diet and workouts are in check.

    I you running it for 12 solid weeks? are you using Benadryl or anything like that to combat using? Normally 2 on 2 off is the normal weekly schedule! Also are you spliting the dose or taking it all in the AM? Are you getting a big crash from doing this?

    So far ive had no problems sleeping, probably because i take my tabs in the morning. Yes ive got some Benadryl to hand as well.

    I take all the dose in the morning, ive not felt funny by taking all of it in the morning, just the usual shakes so far, but no crashing.

    They say that 12 weeks is the most you should take Clen within a year because of the effects it could have on you. It doesn't have to be done all in a row. I lost 5 lbs a week on Clen, so unless you are severely overweight, I doubt you will need the full 12 weeks. I'm not saying you will lose 5 lbs a week on it either, but if your diet and workout routine are in check, you should lose over 3 lbs a week.

    Personally, I love Clen. I usually take 160mcg all at once in the AM. That is a pretty high dose, and am not recommending you do that, but I have a very high tolerance for the stuff. I don't get any side effects except for 5 minutes of jitters a few minutes after I take the dose. You may not be having sleeping problems now, but it might come around the second week. You will either have a hard time falling asleep, or you will keep waking up during the night.

    By 12 weeks i ment including the 2 weeks off, so mine is like this:


    week 1 on
    week 2 on

    week 3 off
    week 4 off
    week 5 on
    week 6 on

    week 7 off
    week 8 off
    week 9 on
    week 10 on

    week 11 off
    week 12 off

    So im on the stuff for 6 weeks. hopefully thats ok??

    Oh, I see. You included the off weeks as well, so you are only doing three cycles. That seems fine. Clen is an amazing compound if used correctly, so good luck on your weight loss.

    Thanks mate i really appreciate the help. Im doing cardio, training and eating right. I really looking forward to the results; ive heard great things about clen. Ive not got huge amounts of fat im just looking to cut up and get rid of some hard to get rid of fat in the abs area - so 6 weeks on the stuff should be good, but i can always play it by ear upon seeing the results.

    im on day 6 today, and its been pretty good so far, im still on 2 tablets as ive still got the shakes, ive got headaches for a couple of days but not unbearable. Body temperature has increased, im sweating bucketloads when i workout.

    As for the source of my clen, were not allowed to discuss that.

    Just a quick question - as i'm doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle...in the 2 weeks off what are your opinions on taking Yohimbine HCL?
