Why are steroids bad for overweight people.
I have read several threads on here that stated that overweight people shouldn't use steroids because of increased likelihood of certain side effects. I would like to know why an overweight person would be more likely to develop gyno or high blood pressure than someone with low body fat. I haven't seen any links to any studies in any of the other threads so I was wondering if this is opinion based on anecdotal evidence or is there science to back it up? Does the increased likelihood of gyno and high bp only apply to sedentary people or would someone who works out and does cardio everyday still be at increased risk?
New guy here looking to inquire about the best time start their first cycle?
What would be suggested for someone who is not at optimal fitness, but has been active and training without much results. (5"8, 167lbs, 16% body fat) Have been able to maintain weight for the last 5 years. Diet (consuming 1800 cal 150g of portein daily) (Exercise 4 times a week for 1 hour 30 min.) Able to compete in mud obstacle events that are 12 miles long. Not looking at bulking up, just the ripped look. What steroids are recommended and what cycle would be recommended?
