lean proteins, fish twice a week, oatmeal and eggs every morning. a lot of turkey and salads for lunches. not a lot of verity because im a picky eater. i eat pretty much the same meals every week.

21, 6 foot, 185lb, 14%bf, 2 hard years training clean, not much knowledge looking to learn a lot before ever doing a cycle
