First off I'm new to AAS so not looking to get flamed just have some questions
I'm involved in a sport that is weight dependant,Im looking to add some strength. I've read profiles and first cycles with test being included as the base my question is running a winny only cycle good for what I'm after ?
I don't want to gain any weight perhaps lean up a touch but not a high priority as I'm 14% which gives me a good base for endurance and come competition I'd be arount 12% and I want to have a noticible strength increase.
I've read var is good but hard to find while winny I'm able to get easily curious has anyone seen decent strength gains ? Also what would be a good way to combat potential sides I've heard about limp d*** and I do not want this .
Stats 30 years old been training 9 years currently 14% bf 208 pounds eat fairly clean and about 2900-3200 calories a day my weight is not fluctuating much day to day.
