    First cycle help

    First off I'm new to AAS so not looking to get flamed just have some questions

    I'm involved in a sport that is weight dependant,Im looking to add some strength. I've read profiles and first cycles with test being included as the base my question is running a winny only cycle good for what I'm after ?

    I don't want to gain any weight perhaps lean up a touch but not a high priority as I'm 14% which gives me a good base for endurance and come competition I'd be arount 12% and I want to have a noticible strength increase.

    I've read var is good but hard to find while winny I'm able to get easily curious has anyone seen decent strength gains ? Also what would be a good way to combat potential sides I've heard about limp d*** and I do not want this .

    Stats 30 years old been training 9 years currently 14% bf 208 pounds eat fairly clean and about 2900-3200 calories a day my weight is not fluctuating much day to day.

    So you are wanting strength gains and some leaning out?

    The leaning out can be helped with a good diet (doesn't have to be anything major, in fact, the diet I am on right now is only in place to lower my BF% 1 - 2%)

    Im mainly wanting a strength gain want something noticible to break through some plateau I have the leaning out would be okay but like I mentioned it's not the priority as my diet prior to competion ensures I come in at the target weight.

    Basically want some gear to help me bang out a few more reps with out gaining any weight I'm not looking at adding 5-10 pounds of muscle just looking for adding some strength

    Looking for some advice and yes I do strength training had a question about using to break through plateau with out gaining size

    I honestly dont see steroids being the answer for your problem.. did you see my post for "if you are ready for a cycle" ? The diet is the key and I honestly think if you really get your diet dialed in, and you change your exercise routine a li8ttle, you can lose that extra weight and increase strength without even have to use steroids! There are certain instances where the person is just looking for a little strength and a little weight loss and for that steroids are really not needed. If you really want to do it I would say look into Anavar... It is very expensive but should not be any harder to find than other orals! but as I said for the small amounts you get from the amount Var costs you have to really want it!
