fake dinabol??

My cousin just called me and said I guy he knows that owns a local health store sold him some dbol that were 50mg per tab. Now even though I dont know that much of steroids or dbol I cant believe that dbol comes in a 50mg tab. I looked up some dbol and found italian dbol that matched what he said they looked like (blue and round) but it didnt say what their dosage was, can any one help me on this??

If they are blue I dont know what ** d-bol batch that is..unless it is brand new..Mine are pink..and I know that the new ones are orange.
