I have noticed some people post like excel spread sheets, with Fat/cal/Carb diets. I am not sure if they do it themselves or its a website that prints it out after you have updated the food. I had a program like this but it was at school.
I am planning my cycle and writing out my diet to see if its something that looks good.
Dont ask my age/weight/height/cycle exp/BF because ill be making a new thread with all that information, I am just looking for the diet planner until i have all my ducks in a row
