    Low Test...

Hey new here so hello.. Short version of a long story... been lifting for over 16 years.. suffered injury about a year ago. Really let myself go.. trying to get back in the gym. But motivation is low because I'm depressed with how I look and what I'm lifting... litterally less than half from before...

Also I had to of messed myself up previously because I have low test about 190... dr. prescribed me test C at 100 mg per week.. Now my question is how would this affect my stack? When I come off would I continue with the prescribed amount?

    Any help would be appreciated...

Oh yeah, I'm not jumping into a cycle right now... till I get my shit together with the gym and diet but I am trying to get everything in order.

    Thanks

Yeah, 100 a week is low i think... in fact he prescribed me 200mg of Test C every 2 weeks... I thought that was wierd. So I just do 1cc every week. I really could use 200 a week. What could I tell him to bump it up? Just that I'm feeling more of the low test symptoms?

250mg every 2 weeks is a standard start dose of HRT, bloodwork will be a better judge of how your doing once the HRT as been estabolished. If and when you do a cycle just go back down to your HRT dose without PCT.

Be careful running cycle if you are just getting going on you TRT because I had to be very sneaky to make sure my levels did not come back to high on my blood tests! and I am pretty sure for the first 6-9 months on TRT you will be getting your bloodwork done 2-4 times! I have already had mine done 2X in 4 months and have to go back again this month! If you get caught with high levels the Doc is going to know you are using more and then will write in your file that you are abusing and then you will hava a hard time getting any doctor to prescribe it to you!

Really... I saw my doc once about 6 months ago or so and actually went in for some unrealted bloodwork.. he noticed my levels were really low.. like i said 190.. and put me on the above prescription. Haven't seen him since.. just call them and have them call in a new rx to the pharmacy. So no bloodwork or anything since my first vist. Funny though when he prescribed it to me the doc flexed and had me feel his biceps.. lol... said he has been on TRT for a year and is getting great gains..

How do you feel exactly on the 100mg EW?

I also feel about 200mg EW is trt dosed.... I am not sure were you are at on your diet and training, but 100mg is lowest I seen.

Yeah my doc just did a surprise test 2 weeks into my cycle of Test/Deca . I pushed it out a little over a week and told him I had started taking some test boosters just to see what it would do. I get my results back soon. It might not be good, I was only off the deca about 2 weeks...

Honestly not much different than without...

Diet has been pretty much trash... Pizza beer whatever else I want. Training has been about non existant for the last year.. Due to injuries.. Lifted a little last week with no pain so I'm ready to hit it in full force with diet and training. Pre injury I was 6"1' 215 with 8% BF... NOW im still 6"1' a little over 240lb and I don't even want to guess at BF... Has got to be somewhere around 24-28... total fatass I know...

    Its mind/body/spirit

Seams like you know what to and not to do... By 33 you have enough life experiences I am sure.

Dial in the cardio, lifting, go after the diet and I am sure it will all take care of itself.

    Thanks Dancer appreciate it...

I is very de-movtivating to go the gym lifting half of what you use to. Or quitting before the workout is complete because you're "bored" or tired. I have a HUGE mental block to overcome to get where I need to be. I've been lifting for over 16 years and have about 5 years experience with gear.. so I know what I'm doing.. It's just doing it I have to pony up to. First would be to drop 20lbs off the bat with diet exercise and clen ...

    Thanks again for your support...
