another noob here
im sure that this has been asked before but i couldnt find a good enough answer. i have just healed from some back to back injuries and have put on a lot of weight. i want to bulk back up and tone up. i run also but only about 3 miles at a time. is there anything you would recommend

Yeh we need to know where you are at right now... But to be honest, being more than 15-18% BF at the highest, the only thing that will really help you cut down is a good diet exercise and determination! There is no "Miracle Steroid " that is just going to let you melt away fat You do that y eating correctly and exercise!
