    overtrained on cycle: what do you think of my course of action?

    i am 8 weeks into a test prop and tren cycle

    i have badly overtrained on cycle. been showing the following signs:

    bloating from eating (been eating really clean)
    depression and narkiness
    not as strong in the gym
    loss of energy

    i havent trained since friday but am now dieing to get back into. am feeling nasty and restless now not becuase of overtraining because imn not training.

    i plan on resting until wednesday. when i do go back i plan on halfing my set numbers for each bodypart

    is this a good course of action when on gear

    Are you getting the depression from the sides???

    i feel really good about life after having 3 days off. so it cant be the test or tren

    You can rest. Try changing your routine some.

    Muscles can't adapt to muscle confusion.
    Hence they grow.

    Sounds like maybe to much estrogen conversion.

    Can you run an AI?

    yes

    i was badly overtraining before i started the cycle and through the early parts of the cycle. i was doing 50 mile a week running before i started is well as training bodyparts twice a week with not enough rest
