i am 8 weeks into a test prop and tren cycle
i have badly overtrained on cycle. been showing the following signs:
bloating from eating (been eating really clean)
depression and narkiness
not as strong in the gym
loss of energy
i havent trained since friday but am now dieing to get back into. am feeling nasty and restless now not becuase of overtraining because imn not training.
i plan on resting until wednesday. when i do go back i plan on halfing my set numbers for each bodypart
is this a good course of action when on gear
