Not at all, I am saying you will make gains, then most likely Lose ALL that you may gain
it will mess with your hormones, it will prematurely fuse your growth plates and you risk your already HIGH amounts of natural hormones to reduce and not come back to full levels
but remember muscle takes FUEL to survive and grow, and if you don't feed them correctly then you are wasting your time

so basicly your telling me steroids wont help with sorness and make me recover faster and it wont help me with stength gains? It will just sit in my system and do shit but hurt me?
so basicly ur telling me if im not at my natrual potential nothing will help me get there?

how long do you want me to wait b4 I start using them its not fair everyone looks great and when I train natrually hard as hell, eat clean and alot. All I ate for 6 months was chicken and tuna with mixed veges. 7 times a day making sure i hit 300 grams of protien a day. And I gained but the min. I kept on losing weight because maby I was doing to much cardio i dont know
this shit is to hard. I work hard wake up at 5am dedicated like you read about just it doesnt come together. I saw no progression in my chest at all. My arms were small

If after 9 months of following our advice and working out properly you still feel that we've done no good and your still weak - hit this forum back up. Look I am sorry to burst your bubble and really not trying to sound HARSH, BUT
is it possible that you are NOT eating as well as you think or at least not the right way to gain muscle as you are not gaining???? is it possible that maybe your training is NOT what it really should be for Growth and maybe even you are over training??
IF you are open to these possibilities, then we can help you

we can make you faster, stronger , better

dude, are you crazy! these people want to save your life, get a clue...
i searched for over a year and I am still green when it comes to steroids . steroids will not get you where you want at this point, they can easily take you the wrong way and maybe kill you. so be smart and listen, it took me a while to get the point too. and BTW, after one year of searching online, this is the only place i can trust for guidance.
and if you still want to do a cycle, then i don't think anyone can stop you, but at least read this first.
When you SHOULDN'T use AAS imho....
then this, make sure you watch all the videos and don't fast forward,

I followed empowered nutrition for 6 months I dont feel like putting all the meals down I mixed it up quite well but got lazy so I stucked to chicken, rice, and tuna.
Its hard to be me though, been though alot of bullshit with girls. Making me feel inferior thats what led me to be what I am now.
Im impatient i admit it but I deserve it to be impatient.
Back to the question do I have to be at my natrual potential to use steroids

i think im 185 right now but i think im like 15% bf maby a little less perhaps.
I feel fat should I just do cardio? to not feel this way.

Do you do deadlifts? how often? how heavy?
How often do you do chest?
How often do you do arms?
Do you do wide grip pullups?
YES, too much cardio is NO good for what your goals state

I think there is a LOT more to you than you are letting on here bobby...
I really dont' think you should pursue steroid use right now..... I think you need to get your life in order first , and get your attitude adjusted. If this frustrates you, then you definitely don't need steroids . as they can increase your frustration and aggression and I am thinking you don't need that right now

Chest and tri's - Chest-are you doing inclines db presses,incline flys, incline Bb bench press!!!! Mix it up 9-12 sets tri's 4-6 sets
Back and bi's- Back should have pulling pulling and more pulling excersises!!! 12-14 sets for back 4-6 six hard sets for bi's
Off
Legs ( legs grow better off of multibalanced attacks with high and low reps schemes) 16-20 sets
Shoulders 10-12 sets for shoulders

you ever heard heavy weights builds big muscles? Guess what you got eat to lift those heavy weights!!!! Dont go workout chest 3-4 times a week not do legs one week. Lift whats heavy for you stop worrying about if your friend ca ndo db bench with 100's or 110's your not him.
Bodybuilding is an amazing sport you can achieve anything you want, ANYTHING!!! You have to put in the hard work and dedication that the other did!! You dont train 2 yrs and look like Ronnie Coleman!!!! Your not going to gain 10 lbs of PURE MUSCLE a yr. bro that doesnt happen not with out eating rite. Listen m8, i am only just old enough to start and im 24!
When i was 19 i really wanted to blast into steroids and when i was told by my friend on them i wasnt ready or at a goo potential i was mega pissed so i can understand your fustration. But these guys really know what theyr talking about so just wait a few years, research up and get your diet in check until your at your max potential without steroids...

If you have but half the effort into your workout as you do trying to convince PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT AND TRYING TO KEEP YOU FROM POSSABLY SCREWING YOURSELF UP 4 LIFE you would get to where you want to be. At one time i was the same i thought i had hit a wall i just couldent seem to tone up or bulk up as quick as i wanted to. I wanted that first cycle so bad until a very knowledgeable friend (like whats here) showed me my flaws in my socalled perfect diet and workout. He told me to just try it 4 6 months and if i diddnt see the results i wanted he would buy my first 2 cycles for me. Long story short I QUICKLY found out my body wasnt ready for anabolics. Just listen to the bros here go to the diet section and see if maybe there is something else you could try. Apparently what you doing now isnt working. Steroids is not an easy road (as anyone who have used can tell you) Its still you who has to put in the hard work 50 lbs is still 50lbs no matter if your juicen or not. Just talk to the people here THEY WILL TEACH YOU! As long as your willing to learn.

hello again
I understand what everyone is talking about. I believe stress played a big role in not making gains like I should have been I saw alot of growth in my back but my chest lacked that was 6 months of eating correctly and training hard with rest. Actually to be honest looking back maby I wasnt resting enough. Because working out and expecially cardio made me relax.
Here is my other problem since a bad break up im obsessed with looking good I need help with that.. How do I get passed it.. Man it makes it tuff if u only imagined.

Well all im saying is.. is there a way to use steroids at a moderate pace not to much just to increase my strength and aid in recovery. Im tired of being sore and not being able to bench 185 the next week and falling behind. Im not nesserially saying fill my plate up so I can look like arnold. All I want is a little help.
I can have a good diet and eat breakfest every morning with no taste. Its all good on that end. And I have a really good training reg.
If this isnt possible just say so and ill drop this argument.
And another thing off topic of gear.
Is swimming a good cardio instead of using a machine?
