i see alot of ppl always talking about get your diet down. befor doing a cycle, but at the same time there are guys on here that have there bf any were from 10 to 15% and those guys give great advice to other on here.
so if your bf is under 9% and your doing a cycle how strick does the diet need to be then if your bf is low already?
and if your bf is under 9% then insted of dieting can you just eat clean as possible and still get away with it?

It all depends on your goals. For example, I have 10 years of cycle experience and at my age (44), my goals are not to be under 10% anymore.
So, knowing how my body reacts to compounds from my experience, I can cycle at higher bodyfat and know what to watch for and what to do if any problems arise, so I tend to carry a bit more bodyfat when I bulk, but I can put on a lot of mass that way.
you just need to eat for your goals

Strict. Your better off and also the development of discipline with implementing diet.
9% is pretty good, lets keep it that way.

I'll post it tomorrow.
I knew this would catch some attention.
When I started out in this a LONG time ago, there was only a smattering of steroid books. No computers yet.The only thing that we could do is hard work and diet.
Been doing it the whole time.
It's easy, but I can see where alot of people would have trouble.
I'll post tomorrow, I promise...
