    just 21

    many people on here have said that 21 is to young for your first cycle. Why is that?

    then add it naturally.....juice is not your answer yet wait do some research....maybe your diet needs to changed a little or your workout

    Need stats weight/height/bf% and some of these diet guru's can help you there.....post up your workout and alot of ppl can help you

    because your body isn't fully matured and developed yet

    because your NATURAL hormone levels are at their HIGHEST and you would risk losing those high levels when you shut down your HPTA by taking steroids

    because your HPTA is not fully developed yet and you risk damage to it that can cause sterility, Erectile problems, libido problems etc....

    because your tendons, joints, and connective tissue is not fully developed yet and you risk damage to them that can cause major pain issues later in life

    because your growth plates do not naturally fuse until your MID twenties and using steroids now could prematurely fuse them causing developmental issues

    about 2 years. im not looking at doing a cycle anytime soon just trying to ask the right questions. when is a good starting age?

    most say 25....but it depends on how much growth you are getting naturally.....its when you it that wall and can not seem to get around no matter the changing of diet and workout in my opinion

    and like T-Mos said(alot more knowledgable than me hence the more professional launguage) just stick to good diet and workout......post them up let all of our knowledge give you a headache

    debateable subject depends on body type, chemically enhanced, etc.....

    Most ppl just do basic split workouts
    chest/bi
    back/tri
    shoulders/traps
    legs/calfs

    I prefer the one day group
    legs
    chest
    back
    shoulders
    bi/tri
    I do abs one day calfs the next

    I could see P90x for cardio and cutting up.....more high intense workout
    i could be wrong but from what I understand only some can grow from this kind of workout. The rest between sets is needed, due to fact that the muscle can relax before jumping on the next set....usually a 45-90 sec. Biggest question is going to be what are your goals?

    i am 6ft 185. i dont want to get to big. maybe some small gains then cut out

    It's all about the diet dude. Eat at least six times a day. 185 is thin for 6ft tall. Go to the diet section and concentrate on that for a while.

    185 and athletic is kinda what im looking for but alittle more size wouldnt be a bad thing

    Well that is easily reachable without AAS, stick to diet and changing workouts regular...you can put that on in a few years with no problem without the risk of hurting your body

    well I need more than that lol......break it down to sets/reps breaks between each set and warm ups with how many workout sets

    What no reponse for the unknown workout and the highly doubtful fact that his diet is not that good since he doesn't keep up with his workout....what a let down haha

    Not being a ass man.....i will be nice and help you.....apparently since I cleared a cool two grand in a day I am in a pretty good mood
