i have a pretty good diet. what if i just want to add more
then add it naturally.....juice is not your answer yet wait do some research....maybe your diet needs to changed a little or your workout

because your body isn't fully matured and developed yet
because your NATURAL hormone levels are at their HIGHEST and you would risk losing those high levels when you shut down your HPTA by taking steroids
because your HPTA is not fully developed yet and you risk damage to it that can cause sterility, Erectile problems, libido problems etc....
because your tendons, joints, and connective tissue is not fully developed yet and you risk damage to them that can cause major pain issues later in life
because your growth plates do not naturally fuse until your MID twenties and using steroids now could prematurely fuse them causing developmental issues

most say 25....but it depends on how much growth you are getting naturally.....its when you it that wall and can not seem to get around no matter the changing of diet and workout in my opinion

do you know of P90X? i started that to give my diet and training a change

I prefer the one day group

when did you guys start using?
I could see P90x for cardio and cutting up.....more high intense workout
i could be wrong but from what I understand only some can grow from this kind of workout. The rest between sets is needed, due to fact that the muscle can relax before jumping on the next set....usually a 45-90 sec. Biggest question is going to be what are your goals?

i am 6ft 185. i dont want to get to big. maybe some small gains then cut out
185 and athletic is kinda what im looking for but alittle more size wouldnt be a bad thing

185 solid looks good in my opinion if your just trying to be athletic......
200 but maybe more when i am there
Well that is easily reachable without AAS, stick to diet and changing workouts regular...you can put that on in a few years with no problem without the risk of hurting your body
