    second cycle, somethings wrong...

    help me, guys

    im on a cycle now: deca 400mg/w , test enth 400mg/w.(my second cycle ever) everything went good so far, till week six i felt great and gained 8kg (i still look ripped, and my bodyfat is always ~4%). but i started feeling weak, seems like my strength decreases and overall i feel more tired. i also noticed that acne is almost gone. its week 7 now. ive no idea, what is going on?
    maybe i should immediately start taking some pct?

    cant get no injectable stuff though, only tablets.

    This looks as some E2 problem. But wait for advice from someone more experienced.

    whats ur training regime like? are u taking rest days? remeber u still need rest days to prevent overtraining ur central nervous system

    also have u been increasing ur calories weekly?


    below 4%? be realistic and honest, most professional bodybuilders in competions are sitting just above or below that, i really dont think ur their, especially if ur bulking

    Agreed. sound like you have some estrogen issues, Start some LiquiDex .25 a day

    i have no point bullsh*ting u guys, im tall and skinny hardgainer, so all i get so hard is lean mass. i run fast, i jump high. of course, during cycle i store some water.
    i am training daily,except weekends. chest and back, shoulders/arms, and legs, everything is split. i also eat right, and i gained. but at some point everything started decreasing. i think its test and estrogens playing their part.
    but my question is what to do in this case? i feel like my test is lagging (balls look kinda shrinked a bit) i dont wanna have some sexual problems. i only have nolva on hand and some tribulus. any ideas?

    Sounds like over training and not enough carbs to me. Your strength and energy comes from your carbs....what are your sources??

    well, i eat 5 times a day. meet, pasta, rice, aotmeal, vegetables are my everyday sources. of course no need to mention snacks.
    i feel kinda dizzy, and have small headache all the time, its like some blood pressure isue. plus above mentioned strength decrease and sexual stuff.

    right now:

    21 , 6'8 , 218lbs, 2nd cycle, 3 years pretty serious training (with times off, cuz im a bball player) , for diet im sure its good, i read a lot of stuff, experienced myself and know what works best for me. for sure, i diet is not the issue in my case

    To the OP have you ever seen the peopel who compete on a professional level? the day of the contest they are 3-4% BF !! If you were at 4% you would basically be dead. No One can live being 4%BF all the time Even double that is very very lean and I bet if you really are 4% than that is your problem. Being too low on bodyfat will completely rob you of energy! I think you need to get yourself clipped so you can see what your BF actually is

    Jay Cutler is Probably about 3.5%BF in this picture. You are this cut at all times??

    first off, you're not 4%, you look closer to 8

    write out your diet for a day, meal by meal with amounts and such so we can see what you're eating

    How is your labido? If your dick does not work like it did its a hormonal issue... i think its estrogen or progestorne or prolactin myself.

    Could it be test flu? at week 6, maybe? na that usually happens earlier in the weeks.

    I was always told to keep your test 100mg or more than deca. (500mg test/400mg deca) Maybe if you do this it will help some, cause deca will shut u down fast if not enough test. Try that if u have enough test on the cycle. Check your carb intake as well.

    /\ test flue is related to rapid fluctuation of hormones. The imbalance of HPTA.

    I agree on the diet part... If he gained 8 KG or almost 20 pounds he better be eating for that extra weight or he will feel like shit and loss the weight.

    9am: bowl of oatmeal, couple eggs, banana, two slices of bread, tea.
    11am: snack (some cake or etc.)
    1pm: pack of rice, ~300g meat/chicken, bread, mayo, bowl of vegies.
    3pm: weight training
    5pmish: shake
    6pm: banana, curd, pasta, meat.
    nap.
    8pm: plyometrics
    10pm: eat something again, drink glass of milk, some ice cream.

    not sure if i mention everything, but thats pretty much it.

    i cant tell if my nipples changed.. kinda look the same, maybe right one is a little little bit more puffy. but they dont itch or anything.

    i feel like my balls might have shrunk a bit, thats one of my concern. plus my lower blood pressure is low, thats why i constantly feel a little

    pressure/headache in my head. and i noticed that my lymphatic nodes under the jaw are a bit swollen. but i have no symptoms of flu.

    if 3 serious meals plus 3 more eatings in between is not serious, u gotta be kidin.
    oatmeal ,eggs ,pasta, rice , potatoes, plus meat, fish and vegies are the basics.

    whats your workout routine?

    i assume your over training like one has posted above.

    have you had gear from this guy before?

    you could have a fever or reaction to these steroids to.

    if your balls shrink abit it is common they will go back once you have done pct give it some time.

    monday - chest, back , tue - shoulders, arms, wedn - legs , thu - chest, back, fri - shoulders. i keep exercises basic and heavy.

    yea, i had deca from him before, it was ok.

    i think my heart might be weakenned, cuz all the weight i put on, its hard to pump blood all over. i guess i ll keep my lifting very light, and do some more cardio for strenghtening the heart.

    I am on the same cycle and experienced the same problem at about week 4. Try taking Arimidex @ .25 eod. You should see a difference in a few days. It will help with the bloating as well. If you're like me you are experiencing estro sides.

    I was also informed not to take Nolva while on Deca . They do not interract well, keep the Nolva for your PCT.

    Nolva with Deca during cycle??
