i have a cycle planned need some advice please
im 6 foot 150 pounds...trying to reach a goal of 170..i have a 5 week supply of sus and a 1 month supply of 10 mg d=bol to start me off..what is the best way to stack and what else will i need

what u should do is put that stuff away.
you are no where close to being ready to cycle bro, and u dont even have a quarter of what u will need.
judging by ur weight, head over to the diet forum, let them guys really help.
u can gain 20lbs easy with the right diet and training..
No steroids for u bro..

150 is way too small to hit a cycle at your height.
Trust my you can gain the weight. I was 151lbs @ 6ft just 5 months ago, I'm now 189lbs.
You need to eat, why do a cycle to what, gain maybe 20lbs, and STILL be small @ 170lbs?
Hit 190-200lbs, THEN hit a cycle.

im only starting with this to jump start the weight gain...tried natural weight gaining takes me months to put on 15 pounds

You can not run sust for 5 weeks. when it starts to just about kick in, you are going to be out! Do more research, find some more gear and then maybe you can start a cycle

my diet mainly consists of proteins such as beef and chicken...i mean i try to eat a lot i dont really have a count of calories i just try to eat as much as possible..also drinking true mass by bsn 3 times daily

The statement above proves to me that your diet is at fault lol, you need to know exactly what your eating, you should be eating carbs fats and proteins 8 times a day.
If you took steroids now, you might gain a few pounds but as soon as your cycle is finished then your new weight will just drop off...

Even if you take all the drugs in the world say 3000mg or 3g of test ent every week week in and week out, you aint gonna gain shit if you don't take care of business with the basics...
Where is that other old friend of mine that says educate before you medicate.

Your diet is garbage, that's why you do not gain.
I was the same, I'd complain, piss and moan "why can't I gain weight?"..
Tried everything, THOUGHT I was eating enough and the right way - was wrong.
Here's a little motivation for you.
In one picture, I'm 151lbs, in another, I'm 185lbs.
I gained this weight in 4.5 months - ALL NATURAL. Now you tell me you're still eating right and I'll buy the juice for you.

Here's advice for skinny guys..
Replace the word should, with must.
As in "I should finish eating this food".. turn that into "I MUST finish eating this food".
STUFF YOURSELF, your stomach will stretch out and you'll get used to it. Stop being a baby, if you're full, wait 5 minutes, eat more, repeat until plate is clean.

Are the younger guys afraid of food? Afraid of getting fat? Forgive my ignorance I really don't get it...
My wife told me if I was ever below 180 pounds (I am 5'7'') she would leave me,
Is it the women out there, do the younger girls like small guys?

There is a "seat for everyone" my friends.
Some girls LOVE tall skinny guys, some guys love fat girls, etc..
I've actually had a girl tell me that I'm "too bulky" for her now.
Some guys are boob men, some are ass men, etc.. Some girls like tall, short, huge, small, fat..
I would get tons of ass quality ass @ 155lbs. Most girls aren't as much into your body as they are your face I think?

I can relate bro. When I did my first cycle I was a hardgainer at 130 and everyone told me to focus on my diet alone. I ate close to 4k calories and still didn't see much of a change. I ran my first cycle and gained over 20 pounds and kept close to 20 pounds. It was awesome. You do gotta eat and eat right. You gotta lift hard. You're not just gonna deflate like guys say if you do it right. But you don't have enough for a cycle anyways. It'd be good to prime for your cycle while your waiting for your gear.

Man I really nwish I was one of these guys and had my knowledge! I wish I could eat and eat and eat all day and just gain good quality weight and still keep a 6 pack like all these guys on here can do if they just tried! I would be 230# with a 6pack and be all big and bloated looking like a pr 12 weeks out. ya know before they start cutting their size and are still just huge. that would be me, but instead, I eat one slice of pizza and I know it. much rather have a blazing metabolism than a turtle metabolism. these guys dont know how lucky they are!
