    Possible idea to catch up with lagging bodyparts

    Hokay, so...


    I originally started out with Sust every 3 days as some of you may have read, but about two weeks ago I switched to T-400 (Testosterone Enenthate (200mg/ml) and Testosterone Decanoate (200mg/ml), so 400mg/ml). The transition went well. I'm also still on DBol at 30mg/day.

    But onto the main point. I still have the Sust, so I started thinking of taking 125mg (1/2CC) of Sust the night before my leg day to possibly "catch up" with my legs, which I wouldn't say are lagging, but it would be nice to have my legs up to par nice and sexeh.

    I'm 6' 4" with a lean frame, currently at 9% body fat, and I gotta say I have pretty long legs. My calves are a little on the disproportionate side, and I would like to put on some more mass on my quads as well.

    Strength wise things are going pretty good, with Squats at 455 4x 6-8. I beat my legs on leg days to pulp, but I was wondering if adding in that little Test may help. It'll basically make it 525mg/week, keeping in mind that 30mg of that is Test Prop, which is the basic idea behind this thought.

    So yeah...if Nine or T-Mos or anybody else with a substantial knowledge on leg training reads this, let me know what you think.\


    Also I'm aware that this may throw my blood levels off a little bit, but I found that with my medication I don't get mood swings at all (well aside from the normal Bipolar bs).

    Not going to have any effect IMHO. Those are slow release compounds the difference from one day to the next isn't much.

    I understand what you are saying bro and it "in theory" sounds like it would work but it is not as simple as that and I think you know that...
    I wish I could tell you.. "yeh do that" but all it is going to do is up you test dose and I feel your dose is already high enough..

    The only way your legs are going to grow is good ole fashioned hard work! I have always had tiny legs and to solve that I had to start going to the gym and actually just destroying my legs on leg day!

    Here is thre routine i used and have actually had a lot of size and definition come out of this routine and still after 4 months of doing it, I am sore for 24-48hrs after wards. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you
    I always keep them in this order too!

    1) 5-10 min of stretching
    2)Squats 1 warm up set of 20 reps really fast and full then 4 working sets 10 / 8 / 8 / 6

    3)Leg Presses 3 Heavy Sets 10 / 8 / 6

    4)Hack Squats 2 heavy sets 10-8 / 8-6

    5) Leg Extensions.. 3 Moderately Heavy Sets Failure / Failure / Failure

    6) Leg Curls 3 Sets Heavy 12 / 10 / 8

    7) Either seated leg Curls or Stiff legged Deads 2-3 Sets to failure

    Thats It might seem like a lot but it is only 14-16 sets for Quads and Hams combined! Which for the size of the Quads is really not much!
    Every exercise should e dione with strict form and you have to go at least parralel with the squats!!(or dont bother doing them)
    When you are done doing this routine you should actually have trouble walking out of the gym and going up the stairs the next day should be a chore! I have always done legs and they have always been pretty strong (400+ Squat 950+ leg press) but no size! this routine has put over an inch on them in 3 months! which for me is great and I am continuing to see size gains! Good luck hope I gave you some insight!!

    Nice, I just had some spare Sust laying around and was just trying to brainstorm ideas to maximize what I already have. And to tell you the truth Sust isn't exactly painless, at least for me, so I really don't mind just saving it for another time.

    That routine seems pretty good, and I think I'm gonna change up my routine to that one, and see how it goes.

    As of right now I'm happy with 400mg of Test a week. The DBol is doing its wonders as well, so I'm not in a rush to jump on more Test.

    there isn't enough prop in sust to make any real difference, if you had suspension that would be another story

    sust is normally made up of 30 mg propionate , 60 mg isocaproate, 60 mg as phenylpropionate, 100 mg decanoate

    so you have two shorter esters, a medium, and a long, but the short esters make up less than 40% of the overall
