Pain Lower Right Side back

This is weird.

I have this Pain in my lower right back when I piss or do anything like stretch that area.
Its not my muscle or the skin.
It seems internal, not external pain.
I can walk do whatever but like If I stress and you tighten up to piss out thats when it hurts my lower right back.
No its not kidney stones I had them before.

Only thing difference I've done the past 2 weeks is use Clen.
It just started today and I upped my dose from 120mcg to 140mcg.

I hope this is a clen side effect otherwise its back to the damn doctor.
I drink plenty of fluids.
Currently on 5th week of Prop EOD @ 150mg with arimidex at .25mg EOD with shot.

The right lower side is the kidney right?
Anyone have any ideas or has anyone else gotten this similar pain?

Just reading that Arimidex can reduce the immune system.

Just got back.
Doc said its probably muscle pain.
Went to a new doc, sure is cool with me being on it.
When I told them, they said I can tell.
Did a urine test came back clean.
I did legs yesterday.
I did do squats, but never had this issue.
Maybe It was my form, but it sure as hell does not feel like the normal muscle pain I am used to.

So they said rest, and said "I know your not going to".
I said yep your right, tonight is national Chest day.

That is one thing I did forget about clen, picked some up yesterday
Will be doing 2-3G ED, but clen only 1 more week.

Just so you know... On the side in the lower back is exactly where your kidneys are!!

This I know and I went to the doc and thats what i felt it was.
I had kidney stones before.
So far I went back down to 120mcg.
He said its a muscle related.
I should of had the taurine but I forgot cuz its been awhile since I been on clen.
Will let you know if it helps, regardless Im gonna be on it while on clen.
I said I did squats Sunday but never have a problem, maybe I f'ed up on my form some how but I didnt feel it one bit.
