    lean bulk vs. dirty bulk

    once you are at a decent level like weight 200+ at a low bf.. do you find when you cycle you go for a more lean bulk high protein, med carbs, and low fat.. or do you guys still do your dirty bulks with tons of complex carbs.. i find being orginally an endomorph the only benefit to eating that many calories is the extra water weight and fat when on cycle... what does the majority here do in the winter.. lean or dirty bulk thanks

    Depends which one suits you better, personally i don't like carry around extra body weight whats not needed. I can cancel all my cravings out by cheat meals and working with carbs via my personal diet plan, i feel its something what your going to have to try and go with how your body responds best to build tissue.

    yea thats what i figure i would rather gain 10 pounds on a cycle after pct of course not during.. then gain 20 with the extra bodyfat.. then you have to waste a cycle cutting all the extra bodyfat.. my goal for my next cycle would be either dbol /trena/testp at low dose tren becuase im still not advanced and would hope to eat a lean bulk diet and maybe only go up 1-2% in bodyfat but gain a good 10 quality pounds.
