once you are at a decent level like weight 200+ at a low bf.. do you find when you cycle you go for a more lean bulk high protein, med carbs, and low fat.. or do you guys still do your dirty bulks with tons of complex carbs.. i find being orginally an endomorph the only benefit to eating that many calories is the extra water weight and fat when on cycle... what does the majority here do in the winter.. lean or dirty bulk thanks
