I just cant shut my mind down. But never had bad insomnia problems until around the time i first started steroids about almost a year ago.. It seemed my interal clock would move forward slowly each week, going from 2-3 am to 3-4 am to 4-5 am to 6-7 am to 8-9 am and even up to 10-11 am and now i find that i simply cannot fall asleep at all... i had to quit my job because of this... iv tried everything OTC... and my doctor will not prescribe me ambien i asked the first time i went in there... about 4-5 months ago... he also said he didnt feel the need i need muscle relaxers or anything either... this was before i couldnt fall asleep at all... recenly i just started up cycling again (test/deca). i also just quit smoking on my first injection which was friday... i dont have cravings whatsoever but maybe this could have an effect on the insomnia? Also my first injection i hit a nerve and have tingling in my feet, i feel tired of course from no sleep, not hungry having to force myself to eat, when i do eat i get bloated and nauseated, my BP feels a little bit higher as well... What should i do because i cant keep going on like this thanks
