20 mg/novla, 600 test, not enough?

I just started with 600mg/wk sust, and 400mg/wk eq. This obviously started a nice gyno flare up. Ive been taking 20mg nolva a day, but this doesnt seem to be doing the job (still helps however). I even dose an extra 40 one day, which helped a lot more, but not for long.

Is this not a high enough dose? My source was out of letro, but should be coming thru soon. I figured nolva would work. I was also reading that the half life was about 5 days, which i have not even taken it that long. Anyone had this problem?

Liquid adex @ 1mg ED works well even if you are estrogen synsative.

The log is still up. It went ok, good gains, no deca dick. But it started to make me lethargic and lack motivation etc, i would say the lack of androgens messed with my head a bit. I wouldnt recommend it, unless you have aggression issues and want to cycle still, or want to prevent acne or you are really prone to balding.

nandrolone has been shown to **** up dopamine. may have contributed to lack of motivation.

Right there with ya man your not alone with this wretched problem. But i gotta ask 2 questions if your sensitive to gyno then why no AI? And why sust?

Also worth mentioning is that actual NOLVA is 30.2 (or some shit i forget the decimal number) mgs of tamoxifen citrate. So if what you have is generic or research grade then you should adjust the dose accordingly as you would need 60mgs of tamoxifen to get 40mgs of nolva. Not sayin you need it that high but have seen guys say never go over 40 but their using tamox and not real nolva and the studies i have seen use 20-40mgs of real nolva which would be 30-60 mgs of tamox which is what most of us actually use.

Why no AI? I ordered letro, it was on backorder. I thought Nolva would be sufficient and 20mg. I thought wrong. I will up the dose, my letro should be here anytime.
Why sust? It was the same price as test E 250mg/ml, but dosed at 300mg/ml. I pin MWF, close enough to EOD. Its only 1 more a week, not too bad.

^But with the shorter esters in there you would prob reach higher total blood levesl of test with the test E and they would definately be more stable. Just something to think about for next time.
