Need help with important issue.

I should be goin through puberty but my voice hasnt deepened, and i look like a child. I got blood tests but the doc say my test levels are normal? i dont have hair on my thighs but do on my pits and some down stairs. I was wondering if there is something i can get to kickstart this process without closing growth plates.. maybe a test booster or anything to just get it going?? i hate people who say wait for it because thats not going to cut it.

maybe your a late bloomer. If your test levels are normal then you should just wait it out.... might take a year or so for you to kick in.. however test users here will strongly advise you not to take any test. because all test will f**** you up at your age.. you would be running more risk of hurting yourself than gaining anything. your natural levels of test will be peaking at your age as they are for me.. so IMHO no test..
