Clen/t3 for a female
is the dosages anything different.
This is what she does.
"im a pescatarian (only eat fish) and have been for over a decade. no sodium. no sodas. havent done weights since crew season ended in the spring but new season is starting up today. i climb 3 times a week and play soccer once a week...i need to run more and i would really like to start swimming."
Shes 23, i dont know her weight or height off hand but ill update in a few minutes when she gets back to me. Shes doing it for photo shoot.

I'd just stick with Clen. She's so healthy and whatnot, why would you want to jeopardize that with T3?

Ive known a few women have porblems with T3, not saying its a fact but i have known more women than men have issues while running it and after. Stick with clen start low and increase until sides appear, no need to run anything else until she may hit a sticking point then maybe swap compounds to something else.If she has only just started back i wouldnt run anything yet until things have come to a slow/stop after the new program as settled in.

She is just looking to cut a little body fat and tighten up. her shoot is in 2 months.

clen works great for me during tri season i can drop 15 pounds of vanity weight fast
