Switching from Nolva to Adex

Hi guys,

I've been using Nolva since 1 month to prevent gyno, along with 400mg Test E and 500mg EQ. I did that because I didn't recieved my Adex.

Now I've my Adex and I want to switch to it. How should I manage this ? Should I take both for a few days ?

how much nolva were you taking each day? 10mg?

basically just switch over to a-dex.. not that complicated.

drop the nolva.. and start taking a-dex @ 0.5mg each other day. (can even be 0.25mg EOD... unless you're verry sensitive to gyno..)

Yeah, Nolva during the cycle to prevent gyno (I had no AI), and now i want to switch to Adex which seems to be better..
