Thread: Ready for 1st cycle Test E and Dbol(maybe an alternative cycle)

    Who has the knowledge of an alternative cycle Not using Test.

    My stats:
    30yrs old
    185lbs.
    goals gain a minimal amount of mass while strengthing a rotator cuff and getting more definition.

    very active in the gym 5 to 6 days a week
    Based on a 3000 calories a day. Diet will be in check maybe 3500 cal. But not really interested in gaining a ton of weight my maintenance calories are 2900. Want mostly strength and cuts and have heard mixed reviews of big mass gains for bulking on Test E to cutting on the product. Is this due to diet and dosage amount or just a mix of different opinions? With that being said is there a better avenue.
    Have been advised to take a solo stack of Test E or also stack with Dbol for a jumpstart.
    Test E 500mgs/week split 2xweek for 12 weeks pct 21days after last shot.
    Dbol 30mgs/ed x4weeks pct 24hrs after last pill.
    week 15-18 Clomid - 100/50/50/50, Nolva - 40/20/20/20
    Have L-dex on hand incase of bloating or signs of gyno.

    Have read many posts and all the beginner cycles(10times over)and have seen that this cycle usually cause alot of water retention, and test e can have some serious sides and strength loss when cycle is completed.
    Is there a better first cycle for what im looking for building a bit more mass while cutting up and maintaining post cycle? Not interested in gaining another 20lbs at this point.
    Would a stack like equipose/anavar or something similar be a better route? I sure like the lower risk with equipoise and var but see time and time again senior members wanting to add test instead of this cycle. One last note is that I first started to research AAS for joint lubrication and anti inflammatory due to a lagging labral tear that is coming around in the healing but would like a little help as this injury has dragged on for over year. I have also read of NPP but seems hard to get and also deca for joint lubrication. Hopefully someone can give me a good alternative instead of just read the posted stacks. My goals are a bit different and unique I feel. Anyways I appreciate any opinions and suggestions. thanks

    Ok your not far off with what you have researched.

    You are correct with the test e for 12 weeks and dbol for 4 weeks although id up the dbol dose to 40mgs.

    However your pct is alittle out, you would start your pct 14 days after your last shot of test. Theres no need to run a pct after the dbol.

    I would stick to these compounds, the amount of mass you gain will depend more on your diet and training....

    If your not looking for so much size drop the d-bol, just run test and tweak your diet for lean gains.

    Yeah since it's your first cycle, you prob don't even need the dbol. Dbol gives you immediate size, so if you don't want size, don't use it.

    Thanks for the replies. I know diet is very very important and have spent a long time learning this lesson and have made very large improvements but have hit a plateau. Would like something to help me a long in the cutting catagory to drop some bf%

    Winstrol seems a little harsh any opinions of results on the product?
    What about
    Anavar
    T3
    Clen
    ECA stack with Test E to accomplish my goals. Here is my current base attached.

    You are correct about your diet being the most important part in what you are trying to accomplish. You don't need to stack any other steroid with the Test, especially if this is your first cycle. With a proper diet and workout routine, Test E will do wonders. You can, if you want, take Clen during your cycle. If you do everything properly the Test/Clen will shred you up and give you nice lean gains. I have gotten more shredded on Test than I have with any other steroid. It is all about how you eat and train.

    my current diet is as follows
    wake up
    1st meal protein shake/bananna/superpump
    go to gym

    2 meal PWO protein shake/volumaize during and after workout split for a good source of maltodextrin

    3 meal usually 30-45mins after gym 1 egg 3 eggwhites/ 1/2 cup of oatmeal/piece of fruit tsp of flax

    4 meal veggies usually broccoli/asparagus, 2 chicken breast lil barbecue sauce for flavoring. Or a chicken salad.

    5 protein bar or shake/ or can of tuna.

    6 before bed wheybolic protein shake.

    My calories are still a little low but have been use to a very low calorie diet for the last year for losing some lbs. like 1300-1700 a day.
    Here is yesterdays meal plan from livestrong.com attached.

    My workout routine is a four day split but was not doing legs for sometime due to lower back issues.

    Mondays Back weight increase with every set
    Sauna stretch to warm and loosen up.
    Lat pulls downs 3x 10/8/8
    sitting cable rows 3x 10/8/8
    reverse grip lat pull down machine 3x 10/8/8
    back extensions body weight 3x
    machine rows 3x 10/8/8/8
    cardio 45-1hr(stairs,bike,basketball,elipitcal)

    Tuesday chest
    Sauna Stretch
    5lbs shoulder warm up
    flat bench 20x 135 10x225 6-8x 245 3-5x 265
    cable flys machine 6x10 increasing weights and position
    incline bench 3x10/8/6
    pushups 3x failure
    incline flys 3x.
    Don't do decline as of now due to rotator cuff.

    Wednesday shoulders
    Sauna Stretch
    5lbs. shoulder warm up
    Miltary press smith machine added support for shoulder 3x10/8/6
    front raises 3x
    lateral raises 3x
    indivdual plate upright rows 3x
    cable raises 3x
    rear delt extensions with dumbells or cable 3x
    cardio 45-1hr

    Thursday Legs
    Sauna Stretch
    squats real light due to nerve and back issues 3x10/10/10 135lbs
    leg presses 3x
    leg curls 3x
    reverse leg curls 3x
    hip extensions 6x

    Friday rest Saturday start over

    there are some variations just like anyone but pretty much the standard.
