185lbs.
goals gain a minimal amount of mass while strengthing a rotator cuff and getting more definition.
very active in the gym 5 to 6 days a week
Based on a 3000 calories a day. Diet will be in check maybe 3500 cal. But not really interested in gaining a ton of weight my maintenance calories are 2900. Want mostly strength and cuts and have heard mixed reviews of big mass gains for bulking on Test E to cutting on the product. Is this due to diet and dosage amount or just a mix of different opinions? With that being said is there a better avenue.
Have been advised to take a solo stack of Test E or also stack with Dbol for a jumpstart.
Test E 500mgs/week split 2xweek for 12 weeks pct 21days after last shot.
Dbol 30mgs/ed x4weeks pct 24hrs after last pill.
week 15-18 Clomid - 100/50/50/50, Nolva - 40/20/20/20
Have L-dex on hand incase of bloating or signs of gyno.
Have read many posts and all the beginner cycles(10times over)and have seen that this cycle usually cause alot of water retention, and test e can have some serious sides and strength loss when cycle is completed.
Is there a better first cycle for what im looking for building a bit more mass while cutting up and maintaining post cycle? Not interested in gaining another 20lbs at this point.
Would a stack like equipose/anavar or something similar be a better route? I sure like the lower risk with equipoise and var but see time and time again senior members wanting to add test instead of this cycle. One last note is that I first started to research AAS for joint lubrication and anti inflammatory due to a lagging labral tear that is coming around in the healing but would like a little help as this injury has dragged on for over year. I have also read of NPP but seems hard to get and also deca for joint lubrication. Hopefully someone can give me a good alternative instead of just read the posted stacks. My goals are a bit different and unique I feel. Anyways I appreciate any opinions and suggestions. thanks
