    sleepless on trenbolone acetate

just started taking 500mg Test E/ wk and 75mg Tren acetate EOD (300mg/wk)

I just one week into this cycle and found the sleeplessness side effect induced by Tren acetate is very disturbing

hasn't has any sound sleep since the start of the cycle, it seem like I can only catch very light wink during the night and intermittently woke up in the night several times with strong urge for urination. Wonder if anyone has the same exp?

have tried taking melatonin and some histamine to aid sleep but not much difference.

although I still can function during the day, I do feel groggy. however the funny thing is that I still can pump effectively in gym despite the lack of sleep.

Can you still sustain gains if you dun sleep?>..

any good suggestion? will the sleeplessness affect my gains from Tren A?

    Everyone is different.

I don't sleep well at all for about 3 weeks.

It's your body responding to the gear.

    Normal.

If nothing works OTC, than get a script for ambien.

Yes , gains are made.Just make sure you diet is in check.

    Get some sleep bro.

That's the #1 side of tren ace along with night sweats. I used to use tylenol pm and it worked for me. Lately (past 2 years) i've just been dealing with it. Might help to start injecting ED though.
    Good luck.

melatonin does nothing for me when on tren .

tylenol pm or benadryl were both effective though.

personally melatonin works wonders for me, it doesnt leave me drowsy in the morning and knocks me out, ive tried many products but melatonin is the one for me.

I feel trying many products and choosing the one what you respond well to is the answer with tren sides,

That is part of the sides of tren , you should think of doing ED injections not EOD, this MIGHT cut down some of the sides.

I think 12-24mg of seroquel is better than ambien for chronic sleep problems it also reduces anxiety, which is another problem on tren . That said you should have known about and expected that side effect before taking the leap to tren.

That is an seritonin receptor inhibitor.

Gives me migrains and kills my libido.

    Careful with that one.

Everyone is different. It works well for me. I do know that ambien is a good drug when used properly as well but it can be habit forming and shouldn't be used everyday. And of course you should always get the final word from your doc on these issues.

Ambien has a component similar to ativan.(an opium based drug).Benzodiazapiens

    Safe if used as prescribed.

They will only prescribe a 7 to 12 day supply.(usually).

All drugs are bad and or habit forming if not used correctly.

I was just letting the OP know about the negs of serequel.

If it works for you, that's great.

But giving the OP some options, is always a good thing.

Titanium I agree about giving options and that's also what i was trying to do. I have to help you out here a bit though. Ambien and ativan are in the benzodiazapien family but benzos including the above mentions are not opioid based or derived. Opiate are never prescribed for sleep they are typically used for pain relief.

ran out of pain medication one time when I lived in Vegas and I was sick as a dog and just wanted to sleep for the next 36hours until my Dr. Appt. I took one of those seroquel pills and I was out for the entire time! I think it was either a 100 or 200mg pill and wow! I was groggy for like the next 3 days afterwards. I do not like that stuff and never ever took it again.
I get Klonopan and they work just fine for me except they make me hungry as hell

I just tried diazepam and it work well, at least I get better sleep than before.
Although i read abt the sides of Tren but was amazed how all of you still make great gains when you sleep lesser.

nonetheless, the strength gain is phenomenal even in first week
