I am running 14 weeks of EQ at 450 and test at 600... I can see now I'm very gyno prone, my nipple get puffy and i feel a very small lump behind my nipple.

Should I run my letro at .5mg eod? ( i have the liquid one)

You could bu arimidex would be a better choice. Letro is very strong and can kill estrogen entirely as well as sex drive.

its also like 1/10th the price of arimidex. personally, id go with the letro. i mean, you can always dose lower with it. no need to "kill your estrogen". if you wanted, you could do 0.25mg twice a week, that would probably be effective for the average person.

for the original poster: try doing 0.5mg eod for a week and drop down to 0.25mg eod once you start to notice symptoms subsiding.
