Most Effective Cutting Cycle
hey what does eveyone think the most effective cutting cycle is? i'm on the second to last week a test deca cycle and i was trying to plan my next cycle which will be cutting. i am about 230 6'3" and 15%bf. i was thinking winny, clen , t3 and maybe test ent. what has worked for everyone else. thanks in advance.

I'd suggest using less drugs and relying more on diet and training.
Something you could do is:
Test P
NPP OPTIONAL
Clomid and Nolva for PCT.

But remember, Time Off = Time On + PCT
Personally I'd wait until around maybe February/March to start cutting so you'll be lean for summer

Diet works just fine for me!! I never used a bunch of drugs in order to burn fa and get lean! The stationary bikes and all those other cardio machines in the gym will easily do that for you DO not waste your money

X2- I used clen but all it does is makes me so tired that you cant do much so you can do the cardio twice a day and it will do the same thing.
I was at 270 went to 240 in 6 months cause I wanted to loose the weight and I am stubborn. then I started the first cycle. I used tren most ppl will tell you that tren is not a good choice worked wonders for me. Tren is my second wife

I am about your size, a little bigger and BF about the same, finishing up a Prop/winny cutting cycle, getting good results very vascular put on about 12-15 lbs not bloated at all. Next time around going to throw in some T-bol and Masteron instead of winny-a little better on your liver! Get your diet in check before you start(along with cardio), at least 4 or 5 months to see how lean you can get naturally then think about a cutting cycle. Used to bulk when I was younger now only wanting to get ripped and vascular. If your diet is good no need for the clen /t3 unless you are competing or something-I would suggest clen along with your PCT though for its anti-catabolic effects.

i'd have to go with ninesecz food and correct cardio is the key.

Alright guys, Lets not get someone all set and gung ho about Possibly using tren to cut up. We do not know his stats, his cycle experience, and anything else You are almost putting an idea into his head that he did not even have there before! I do not think anyone needs tren to cut up. yes it works good bit I have also seen test, Deca , etc.etc. all work quite well as long as that other little miniscule thing is in order.. oh what is that thing??? Oh Yeh DIET!! Just like a girl on that E THS about Female Bodybuilding said and I loved the quote...
Someone asked her where she got her abs.... he told them "In the Kitchen" I think that is great cause the diet is the KEY to getting your midsection cut up all thiose other drugs are crutches... ifI had my choice and could only use AAS for one thing.. I would not waste it on cutting. I would definately save ot for bulking and strength. way harder to gain great size and strength naturally than it is to cut up! That to me is the easy oart. it is just will power for the diet

Just like ninesecz says, you would be so suprised how well cardio and a strict diet works! Tough it out and work hard, I promise you will see results if you are truly dedicated. Good luck bro

Hes just asking a general question its not like he is asking for a specific cycle nothing wrong with that IMO. I mean what kind of QA section would it be if someone who has been a member since 07 cant come and ask some opinions?

thanks alot guys. so this is my last week for deca . i was doing 300mg/week deca and about 650mg/week test for ten weeks. again this is my last week. if i were to do tren how much? i really like the just diet and cardio idea i also love clen thought. i am pretty poor right now so yeah. i'm 24 6'4" i just weighted my self at 220. i lost some fat this past week or so due because i have been working so much to get out of debt. i was thinking just clen pct diet and cardio. i would love to add some tren but i just am ending this deca/test cycle. opinions?

Wait on the tren . End your cycle, pct, and get the diet and cardio on track. I'm also wondering why you're only running your cycle 10 weeks..

Very good diet and relentless cardio. You would work so hard to get it off you wont eat like shit ever again.

definately go natural on the fat loss. You will learn so much about your body and how it responds if you just diet properly. It took me almost 7 months to lose 45lbs but the last short cutting diet I ran was for 15 days and I dropped 8lbs before hitting the beach. here are the before and after of that 15 days. Not a huge difference, but its 2 weeks, imagine 6-8...

i only ran ten weeks because thats all i could afford plus i couldnt really find any more gear. so from what i have seen on the forums its best to eat zero sugar, moderate complex carbs and fats, high protein plus maybe some flaxseed oil? what is moderate? like if im at 220lbs 50g/day? and high protein being at 400g/day?
