How common is it for sources to rebottle gear?

What is the purpose for doing this?

Are you talkin about sachets packs? if so why not draw up in syringe and inject what you need change needle then go again when ready.. hint syringe is your vial....

yeah plenty of people do that with sachets or he may also have made it from powder. its also more likely to be legit as the person is obviously not relying on appearance to sell it.
