Just wondering if clen is able to be introduced into a cycle or is it only used at the end.
Also i have the clen in liquid form, what are the dosage recommendations. All the reading i found was about tablets.

Im already cycling mate, and ive already answered this stuff.
I understand there is alot of idiots out there who have never trained and hit this shit and wait for the results.

around 6'3
235-40 depending if ive shit

can use clen in bulking cycle?

Clen can be taken during, but usually is used for pre-comp cutting.
If you are competing, then I can see a point to it.
Usually used in between cycles.

Is it going to effect my gains during the cycle. If i keep my diet on point, i.e eating every two hours and clean, will i still see the same growth or similar then if i was just using the sust (2x a week 500 total)
You can, but why? What is your goal with this cycle? Clen can be used for bloat, but it is usually used in a cut. I don't think you are cutting with Sust... or where you? If you are going to use it wether we suggest it or not here is an example of 1 way to use it.
1 week on 1 week off
Day 1&2 60mcg
Day 3 80mcg
Day 4&5 100mcg
Day 6&7 120mcg
Day 8-14 Off
Day 15 80mcg
Day 16 100mcg
Day 17-21 120mcg
Day 22-28 off
I have seen many many many ways of running clen. Most people seem to like 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Taper the dose up, no need to taper down and be careful when going back on after a break as some people can handle going right back to the full dose while others can't. The 1 week on and 1 week off is my favorite and I have seen no need to go above 120mcg. I have gone all the way to 200mcg with no increase in results just an increase in sides.
Where would i slot it into my cycle, i am three weeks in.
