long term deca?

ive recently been told by a very experienced and well respected guy that deca is a compound that is considered pretty weak in a stack to someone who has years of training behind them and has reached a good level of strenght and mass and especially to someone with over 5 cycles behind them. any of you experienced guys care to comment on this?

Deca is not a mild compound at all. The guy is talking out of his ass.

thats wat i thought, was always under the impression it was a worthy add in on any test cycle

First ran deca about 12 years ago. The last time i ran it was about 2 years ago. Ran maybe 6-7 cycles between the 2 and deca was just as potent then as it was when i first tried it.

yeah i understand that, just threw me off a bit, someone with as much experience as that, not rating a compound like deca . cheers

one of my friends that's into this absolutely hates deca and var....they just don't work for him.....everyone responds differently...i love deca.

yep get tht too, i think sust is 10x beta than test e but majority on here will slate sust in pref for test e lol
