    Sodium Intake On AAS

    So, does does eating food high in sodium increase water retention, when on gear?

    Does it increase the dreaded "bloat" ?

    yes it does eating clean and drinking plenty of water will help ur bloat

    Yes sodium will make your body increase water retention.
