    aminogluthetimid

    Is this drug worth taking I've heard a lot of controversial stuff over this subject.I was planing to take it in order to recover faster from my training.I was thinking of taking it for one or two monthe then tapper it down.
    What do you think?

    Only 2 days on - 2off.
    But I do believe it is worth taking only before contest.
