Need help!!! Pointing in the right direction
i have been takin (sus 250!) for for weeks 1 injection a week along with (test ephanate 250!) CHECK PICS I POSTED WITH THIS...... RECOMMENDATIONS
i have but on some pounds since starting this course notice a little bit of change but not a great deal think my diet commitments may have let me down also sleep paterns getting sufficiant rest full stop!
i weigh 158lbs and (i train 4 - 5 times a week) very little cardio too!!! mainly wieghts
i just need comments on what to do next to try and transform myself want to get really big and lean also want to do another course of steriods i want to get to 190lbs then really really cut but i am going to do cardio alot with my workouts from now on.
i was thinking another 4weeks on sus250??? would anyone else like to reccomend a cutter i just want big at the mo i also need a little routine for gym lol dnt ask for much do i.....
anyways any comments welcome but neeed help on this really cuz not happy with my overall results!

Well by the looks your bf is to high which makes me tend to believe your diet is way off. In order for AAS to work properly you need to create an anabolic environment, which is low BF and good diet leading to a faster metabolism. I would run your pct (hopefully you have one) and get researching diet and training . You need to get in better natural shape before using steroids again.

dont do cardio, you will hurt your ankles, knees, and joints
swimm from time to time to keep your muscles flexible and stretched, thats all you need

Welcome Friend !
I concur with BG on stopping current cycle and running post cycle therapy .
I would say , diet is gonna be key at this point . Check out diet section .
Then cardio , 30 to 40 min 4 or 6 times a week .
You should be hitting weights hard 30 to 40 minutes , then hit cardio .
Heart rate should be 220 - your age x .65

IMO you are far from being read to cycle.. You have way too much BF in those pics to be doing cycles. You do not want to go into a cycle with a ton of BF it makes it very hard to keep bloat and gyno down. You need to get some muscle definition going forst then worry about the cycles. Seems to me you heard "sustenon 250" and thought ool in 10 weeks i will be jacked! Sorry but it does not work like that. All the steroids are going to do with High bBF is make you look even fatter. Sorry to say buit it is the truth

Not to alarm you but by looking at the first photo you posted, your nipples look a little puffy and I would say you are already starting to show some signs of gyno

hey thanks for all imput guys.....did think swimming however was not one of the answers lol. ill forget about my next cycle then ill just stick to eating clean and heavy lifting and cardio then! what would you say my bf% is then roughly?? is 190lbs then start a proper cut a good idea?

just before encourigin him to do regular cardio, atleast tell him to check if his heart can handle it, i dont remember him saying something about his health, just first thing you had to ask, heart attack leads to fatal end the only way to prevent it is to take it easy....crazy little professors, have fun

Just so you know "OP" Swimming is good exercise but once you have a good amount of muscle on you , swimming can actually be worse for you than just a brisk walk! Swimming when you are heavy and holding a bunch of muscle, it becomes very very hard.., Muscle sinks!
