    Looking to cut without losing muscle, need help

    Stats: 6'3", bf 24%, 245 lbs, 24 yrs old

    So I was going to do a dbol and test e cycle. I got all the stuff and took everything for a week, but decided to stop because I couldn't handle the injections (passed out and vomited) and the cycle wasn't particularly for cutting. I had the last injection on 8/18 and stopped taking dbol on 8/21. I've been doing some research and have considered an anavar only cycle since I had trouble with the injections. I know it's not extremely anabolic, but it looks like a good choice to me. What do y'all think? If so, how long should I wait before taking it considering I just cycled for a week on the other stuff? How long can you cycle it, how much to take everyday, and is tamoxifen fine for pct? Thanks.

    How about a good clean diet and cardio??

    Your bf is so high lol, you would of had serious problems if you continued your cycle...

    Youll probably lose a lot of fat with a test only cycle as long as your keeping your diet in check. The injections arent so bad. If you have a friend, then they could do it for you.
    A lot of guys use test while they cut weight, and that seems to help maintain muscle. Im sure that you could easily drop a lot of it just by studying a good diet thats low in carbs, and high in protein. Doing cardio 4-5 times a week also.
    You could always save your goodies and do them later when you drop some fat. Youll get better results that way. Youll have a lot more knowledge by then too if you keep reading here during your weight loss.

    Just do some ECA and cardio 5 times a week.


    i was at 198 pounds, 5'10, and i did an ECA stack and did cardio 5 times a week on an eliptical and dropped down to 180 before i even considered cycling.

    If you are not going to pin I wouldn't cycle at all! Even a Var only cycle will suppress your natty test and you will feel awful more than likely! Hit the diet forums> With good nutrition and cardio you can go a long way!

    I am really glad you stopped. 15% is a little high, 20% is by far over the limit..24% that is like playing with fire! Take a step back and o a good cardio routine 5-6 days a week with a very strong well calculated diet. this will be the key to your success

    ehhhh not all the time.. but i wont say anymore.. hahaha... IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING then... it's sometimes OK to cycle that HIGH... I would never recommend doing so... I mean I DID IT.. and suffered no ill consequences... but that's not to say someone else won't...

    BUT...


    Everyone knows my stand on the BF% issue and AAS Cycling... I think it's overrated mullarky... hahaha but that's Just the WAY DEUCE IS... He doesn't care bout HIGH BF% as long as you know what the hell you are doing...

    Thanks for the help, guys. I am currently dieting and doing a lot of cardio. Dropped close to 5 lbs already. I will wait until I get quite cut, then maybe consider getting on something. For now, it's just good, clean, and natural hard work and diet. By the way, it's been nearly a week now after cycling for a week (dbol and test). I haven't really seen any effects of that. Will I experience any minor side effects? Thanks.

    Trust me!! I had to lose $500 in a bet before I realized how important diet is. I told the dietician at my gym 6 years ago that there was no way that just changing the amount of meals i eat a day could change my entire physique.. I was wrong!! I did not change my caloric intake, my fat intake or my carbs / protein but by going from 4 to 7 meals a day and spreading out those calories and nutrients made all the difference in the world! Doing that and adding 45min of cardio 6 days a week brought me from 18% BF to 9.5%BF in about 8 weeks.. No diet pills, no steroids, no nothing.. just good ole' fashion hard work

    You're not ready to cycle...

    at 24% BF I wouldn't worry about losing LBM until you get to 7% or so

    meanwhile, a good clean diet and exercise regimen can get u there

    If you know what you're doing, you would never have a high BF%.

    Should he have some blood work, it is possible that a week of d bol and test e could shut you down isn't???????????
