New comer in need of advice.

Hey guys, I know there's limits to what you guys can, and can't say, especially here in the U.S. So if you want you can shoot me a PM as a response or something like that. I don't need names or locations or anything that could get anyone in trouble, I.'m just a new guy trying to get started, I've worked hard to change my physique with hard work and diet, but i've still got some stubborn belly fat, I wanna try Helios but I have NO clue where to find something like this, I live in a small town in the Midwest, my gym is tiny, i'm often the only one in there besides an old lady or two running on the tred mills, and everyone who does lift around here has just been doing cycle after cycle of Tren Xtreme. All I need here is some advice as to what to look for or something, i'm a little skeptical of online places cause I don't know what's real, or what'll get me locked up.

No need for chemicals, hit the diet section up and do more cardio, at 22 years old that fat will come off easy, stop being lazy...become dedicated.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

Diet has the most fat reducing capabilities and you are alittle young and light so what i would advise is fix your diet and do alot of research for the future AAS use ( if u still would like to) .. I say it because you might want to be all natty after you have the diet knowledge and lifting experience

What's tour bodyfat %? You don't need steroids to burn fat. Post up your diet in the the diet section and let them critique it. Also what's your cardio look like?

I kinda had a feeling this would happen as it often seems to happen on here with new comers. First off "Quit being lazy"? I have worked my ass for the last four months and have dropped nearly 50 pounds, after a motorcycle accident caused me to miss some serious gym time. Now I'm trying to get to 175, lean. Which is a good plausible weight for me considering I was wrestling 152lbs just three years ago, and fighting at 170 last summer. What I'm trying to do here is get the strength boosts, and that hard cut feeling. Trust me my diet is tuned for me, while some of you may think its not and critique it, its helped me lose all this weight and gain strength along the way.

I'm not sure I'm going to take anything because I simply have no way to get ahold of anything except PHs.

    1. Four months of 'working your ass off' is dedication? You need a mental reset.
    2. If your diet is in-check - then POST IT. Diet is more important on a cycle than even off - so you definitely aren't in a position to ask for help, then fail to answer important questions.
    3. I'm glad you have no way to get gear - you aren't listening to advice because it isn't what you want to hear.
    4. Your lucky you can't PM or scammers would be filling your inbox by the seconds with places for you to waste your money on injectable Fish Oil.

why doniot you just start with something simple like caffeine or a "hydroxicut" style fat burner.. They work very well. I have got myself down to around 9% in the past with no use of anything but Cardio and some OTC diet pills or even like I said, caffeine. Try these first they might just break you through the plateau you are stuck at

    hey sprite.....

1st off..... welcome to the board. You're in the right place for all sorts of bodybuilding info. The 1st thing you need to do is post your diet up in the diet forum. Let those guys work their magic and get you set up. Post up your routine in the workout section..... let them tweak it if it needs tweaking.

Next.... read as much as you can. Stick around.... post..... make some friends. You'll learn a lot of stuff here..... you'll be well on your way to changing your body before you know it.

No one is going to post a source and be careful of any PM's you get in the future as they could be scammers.
